I had an opportunity to reunite with relatives whom I had not seen for several years, and we had a wonderful experience at the hotel with the safety, cleanliness,courteous staff, and good food there. There was one staff member at the checkin desk whose name was [...], and he was very concerned and patient with me before my departure. It is because he and others staff members including the gentlemen at the front entrance of the hotel who made our stay royal.This was the reunion for our family since we had parents and grandparents who one lived in Lake Charles. As a result of our pleasant stay at Lauberge, we plan to return to this hotel next year.Edwina Johnson-Clark

this was the most luxurious hotel I ever stayed in! everyone should visit!

The hotel was nice. The room had very modern decor and plush linens. We were able to enjoy the resort atmosphere with the shops, pool and casino. And because of it's location we could easily get out to less expensive meal options. We enjoyed everything about our service and location - it just seemed you could hear everything in our room. It did not seem too sound proof. We could hear everything outside our door!

We went for our 10 year anniversary. The room was romantic yet still great enough to bring your family. The only thing that we did not like was that the prices for all the food places were extremely expensive. We did eat there and it was great!!

Great hotel...as close to Vegas as you can get without going to Vegas. The pool area and Beach Club are awesome and the dining is very good, but a little pricy. We will deffinately return!
