Great location in St Brelades Bay. The swimming pool was excellent as was the spa and Jacuzzi. We had a room at the back and it was very small the double bed was 2 singles pushed together, very uncomfortable. The ensuite was adequate but at that price I would expect something better and more spacious. breakfast was OK but the evening meals were expensive and nothing out of the ordinary. The boast of a plasma TV in each room is a little pretentious as the last thing we do on a short break is watch TV. Over-all nice Hotel great Location grossly overpriced

Fantastic HotelLovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful and rooms fantastic. We had an amazing view of the beach from our balcony and overall a very relaxing stay. We were staying there for a wedding and the food at the reception was excellent as was the breakfast in the morning.

Beautiful LocationProbably the best location in Jersey - overlooking a fantastic bay!Great seafood on Jersey especially at the Oyster Box, just along from the L'Horizon.Think the Spa could be better - obviously adequate but not 4*!The plumbing in our room was sometimes noisy too!But all in all - a great place for a break - the sea air does you the world of good!

This is a superb hotel in a magnificant setting right on the beach at St Brelade. As I was travelling on business I had booked a standard room but fortunately was upgraded to an ocean view room which if its within your budget is well worth the extra. The staff strike the right mix of friendly and extremely helpful yet very professional.

Excellent service, great value for money although did not eat at the hotel. They go that extra mile with service. Lovely sea views, and the Spa facilities and treatments are first class. Would recommend.

The Hotel is just a £8 taxi ride from the Jersey Airport which was great news and with a baby is a life saver. Upon Arrival the Reception Team were Fantastic (not just on arrival but all though our stay), we were a little early but the Hotel did they best to get us in the room early which they were able to do. We arrived on a Sunday and the Pianist, Colette, was playing and was very charming and played a few Nursery Rhymes for us.... the best start to a break we've ever had! (First time away with Baby).The room was a good size, well equipped and clean. The bed was 2 singles pushed together which has it's down sides! The bathroom water was family low pressure and took a while to run a bath, but the shower was perfect.The first evening we went to the Crystal Room for a meal (quite expensive!) and was greeted by a fairly upbeat chap who showed us to the table, we were then served by some other older waiters who were not at all interested in us, were quite rude and didn't speak or make sure feel welcome! the restaurant was fairly empty and I'm sure this is why!!!The next day we took a bus trip to St Hellier, which was £1.50 and the bus stop is right outside the Hotel!The pool, steam room and Sauna is great and nice a relaxing, however the pool is a little cold for babies but after she got used to it she loved it!Pizza Express on the last evening was very friendly and good quality food.The Views form the Hotel are fantastic, the Bar area is great with big soft sofas and friendly staff. Overall we had a great time and I would go back (but not to the restaurant!)

We found the customer service to be excellent- nice touches such as complimentary bottled water and chocolates left during turn-down. The reception/porter staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was great; close to some goood restaurants. One small niggle was the size of the childs put me up bed. If we came again we would definitely book an adjoining room for our son. The manager in the spa was not very attentive had to locate towels etc ourselves - he seemed more interested in welcoming regular spa members than hotel guests (on more than 1 occasion). Otherwise a very relaxing and enjoyable stay- have already recommended hotel to friends and family!

Excellent location on a fantastic beach. Good hotel for family holiday but not cheap. General standard of room was high with plasma tv. This was let down by the fact that the remote control didn't work and I had to call reception to get someone to come up and turn it on twice. A fire alarm going off at 4am due to\" malfunctioning heat sensor\" was also annoying.

Close to the airport with a stunning view of the sea and bay.Didn't get to use the swimming pool but it looked very nice, the grill restaurant was expensinve at over £40 per head for a set menu.

Great location, right on the beach. St. Brelades Bay is one of the prettiest bays in Jersey. Very safe for swimming, and very popular with the locals too as there are a few cafes and hotels along the shoreline for lunch, drinks, dinner etc. Our room faced the back and if we stayed again we would ask for a room at the front facing the sea.
