While the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room very clean I would not return to this hotel. Since there is a restaurant and a Pub in the first floor and Europeans generally still smoking a lot there was always the smoke hanging in the air. I guess if you are a smoker that's ok. The hotel is also situated on the outskirts of Zurich which was to far away for me from the center.

The major problem is smoking. Smoke runs all over the hotel inlcuding the 1st floor rooms. Very annoying.

The price indicates that we can not expect too much from the hotel. No A/C. Carpet smells.

This hotel had the basic necessities but was very clean. the staff was just fantastic and very efficient. They got me an airport shuttle which saved me money. The food was excellent, a little high by U.S standards but not excessive. The staff spoke english, some better than a few others, all could communicate. They overdid themselves to please the traveler. I could not ask for better treatment than I received. They had internet service which I used extensively.
