The only thing going for Krabi Resort is it's location. The resort is way too big and old. Rooms hadn't been refurbished in decades, drab bathrooms, peeling wallpaper and beds so hard you may as well sleep on the floor. The staff were uninterested and management unhelpful. Do yourself a favour and book another hotel.
