Where can we dine?: We have total of six restaurants in our hotel.
1. Angelini, our Italian fine-dining restaurant with the view of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong's skyline.
2. Cafe Kool, our all day dining restaurant serving international buffet with Asian, Western and Indian cuisines; a la carte menu is also available.
3. Lobby Lounge, an ideal place for a cup of tea or an elegant evening cocktail with live classical music nightly for guest meeting and relax.
4. Tapas Bar, serving a wide selection of New World wines and international tapas with the views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island.
5. Nadaman, our Japanese restaurant serving teppanyaki grill and sushi bar.
6. Shang Palace, the Michelin-starred restaurant, at the Michelin Guide (Hong Kong & Macau) 2009-2011 which serves Cantonese dishes and with the taste of traditional China.
