There is no access to the lake for swimming only for boating. Nothing else to do with kids.

The hotel staff went out of their way to make the room spotless. There were not enough chairs/lounges by the pool, the design of the overall building was pool. This motel was a building straight out of the 1950's. It was off an isolated road; it was surrounded by unattractive trailers and trashy yards; and it had almost no view of Clear Lake. The entrances to the rooms had no protection from the elements. The design of the building was also not people friendly. There was no elevator, and the only accesses to the second floor were outside staircases on opposite sides of the building. Also, there was no walk through in the center of the building, so if you wanted to go to the pool, you had to walk completely around the building. The pool area itself was too small to accommodate all of the people there. There were exactly six chaise lounges, and four chairs around one dining table in a small fenced in pool area. At one point on the Saturday afternoon we were there, there were twenty-five people in the pool area. What a zoo! When we first registered, we were given a smoking room - even though I had requested a non-smoking one. The first room absolutely reeked of smoke. After complaining about these accommodations, we were given a smoke-free room. There was not enough light in the room, even when we turned all of the lights on. The light in bathroom came on sporadically - it did not come on every time we flipped the switch. The bath tub rim was much too high for me. I almost tumbled in the tub every time I tried to use it. On a positive note - the room was unbelievable clean.

The room was nice, we had 2 queen beds. There was a desk and a tv with cabinet. Coffee pot in room the tub actually had a plug. A/C worked good. The Casino is across the parking lot and was nice, had a restaurant in it, it was ok nothing great food was fine. Had a swimming pool by the lake. The maria look fine, we didn't bring a boat but it was nice. The best thing was the Fireworks show put on by the hotel the day after the 4th. It was very very good. Will be going back problably most years to come. Great value for the price we thought.

Manager was nice. Being work up at 2:30 am. The room was not comfortable. Too much noise, light coming in the room. In the middle of no where.

A clean, quiet no frills hotel that is a part of the Konocti casino. The hotel has a very nice marina. The rooms could use overhead lighting; they are very dark.

Proximity to casino/restaurant. Front desk said no rooms available. Pretty clean, poor in the ice availability, great air conditioning units. Restaurant in the casino next door was surprisingly good.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. There was a marina with electrical hookups. It was a pleasure to be able to launch the boat and keep it in the water for the four days of my stay. A casino is on site with a restaurant in the building. The menu was somewhat limited, but the food was good. The service was a bit spotty. To my knowledge there were no other dining establishments close, but a short drive away (even closer by boat) was Lakeport with a plethora of eating establishments.

The view. All the bugs that were in our room. There were tons of little Nets outside and inside our room. I was extremely unhappy with this hotel. There were Nets outside and inside our room. We were not able to sleep because we where getting attacked my mosquitoes or Nets. I do not recommend this hotel.

Large rooms, easy access. Poor lighting in room. For a newer hotel, the quality is not that great. Fixtures, carpet, lighting, etc. was poor quality. Hotel is hard to find and there are not any decent quality restaurants nearby.
