Full kitchen, two bedrooms, and view. No air conditioning. View was spectacular. Could sit on our deck in the morning and watch the dolphins play in the morning sun. The condos require a quiet time between 10 pm and 6 am, which is nice since families with kids don't want to hear parties going on all night. Pool was nice and well maintained. Four gas grills in the courtyard are always ready for a cookout. On the down side, everyone needs to understand that there is no AC at this facility. It's not bad if you have the trade winds blowing, but for the three days we spent there, we had little to no wind. Our bedroom faced directly towards the highway out front, so we were awoken early ever morning to the sound of traffic.

You state in your ad that you do not have a pool, except that you do have a pool and a very nice one at that. It's not like the other fancy hotels with a large pool, but this one over looks the hotel and the ocean.You might want to "change" your listing on the Web.C

Ocean view and close to downtown kona, wash/dryer, full kitchen. 1 cockroach. Good.

View was excellent; overlooking the ocean, room was spacious. No air condition. Excellent hotel for the price we got. Condo had a full kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Very family oriented. We were given a room overlooking the ocean which was a definite plus.
