Welcome to The Rocks Luxury Villas on Koh Tao, Thailand. With our exclusive privacy and very personal service, The Rocks holiday villas are a very unique resort in southern Thailand. Surrounded by lush tropical jungle and overlooking the blue waters of the Gulf, our three boutique villas and infinity-edge pool combine a feeling of tranquility, luxury and privacy. The Rocks Luxury Villas have all the advantages of a holiday villa, such as space, freedom, privacy and homeliness, but don't make you dispense of service. Breakfast is served daily on your own balcony, whatever time you wish for it. Sit, relax and enjoy the view over the sparkling ocean. The villa is cleaned on a daily basis and if you have any service need at all, dial for reception on your personal mobile phone, which comes in very handy when you're out and about too. The management is more than happy to help you book all kinds of activities, such as scuba diving, private speedboat charters, sailing trips etc. and of course would love to advise you on the most pristine restaurants and places of interest. The Rocks also offers private BBQs by the pool with the finest ingredients prepared especially from one of the most famous chefs on the island, he preps it you grill it. Also there are several restaurants that deliver tasty meals to your doorstep. Our three boutique villas and pool are nestled on a hillside, surrounded by a lush tropical garden, impressive granite boulders, jungle and coconut trees. Relax and enjoy the breathtaking ocean view and unforgettable sunsets from your balcony. Our private infinity-edge swimming pool, overlooking the ocean, is of course for the exclusive usage of our guests. To secure a most tranquil and exclusive holiday we have, besides the pool, only three villas on our 4000 square meters property. Located only 4-5 minutes walk to the northern, most beautiful part of Koh Tao's main beach Sairee', The Rocks feels like you are a million miles from civilization, but is in fact very easily accessible. On the beach you will find a wide selection of restaurants and bars. Within 8-10 minutes walk, you will reach Sairee village for shopping, more restaurants, bars and nightlife. The Rocks offers two different types of villas: The Couples Villa and The Family Villa. The Couples Villa: This villa is born' to accommodate couples on a romantic hideaway, and will make you fall in love with it the moment you enter. Built with a traditional Thai-style roof we also call it our Siam Villa', it is located on the lower half of the property near the pool. In a total of 66 square meters living space this villa entails one bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, living room with kitchenette and a roofed balcony that offers a breathtaking view over the ocean and the whole western coast of the island. The comfy and stylish interiors and its utilities will make you feel at home in an instant. The Couples Villa offers: Air-conditioning in the bedroom Satellite TV DVD player Sound system with an in-house movie and music selection SONY Playstation2 for the (still) young Mini-bar Fridge In-room safe Kitchenette with microwave, toaster and electric kettle Hot water shower Hairdryer BathrobesSlippers Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner etc. The Family Villas: Our two Family Villas are staggered on a hillside above the pool. The bottom villa, witch we also call the Poolside Villa', is (as the name implies) very accessible to our pool and has a magnificent view over the blue waters of the gulf. The top villa, also called Eagle-View Villa' has a few more steps to go, but you get rewarded with the most spectacular view, a panorama of endless ocean and the coconut-rimmed coasts of the island. Both villas are the same on the inside, delivering a spacious, bright and airy feeling. Accommodating up to four persons, each of these villas offer 90 square meters living space with two bedrooms (king size beds), bathroom, spacious living room and roofed balcony, from which you can enjoy your views. An exotic and modern blend of Thai and Balinese Interiors give these villas a luxurious but cozy ambiance. The Rocks Luxury Villas are located on Sairee about 500 meters uphill from the Beach most northern part. You can walk to the beach in about 5 minutes, and walk to Sairee Village in about 15 minutes. On the beach you will find a wide selection of restaurants and Sairee Village offers shopping, nightlife and more places to eat.
