Location to theme park. Too few eating options. Clean rooms. Great staff. Feels expensive and nice in the lobby and other main areas. Very nice pool area.

We really enjoyed the hotel overall. They have a snoopy room for small childern that is great you get a free snoopy and snoopy will come tuck in the little ones for bed they also have bedtime stories. You can have breakfast with snoopy. It is also great for grandparents that is what I am and it is relaxing. We had a great time.

Knotts Berry farm resort hotel is located right next to the Knotts Berry Farm theme park. A perfect location if you are keen to explore Knotts Berry Farm and catch the famour Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner. One of the most delicious fried chicken dinners that I have ever tasted. However, the service staff came as a disappointment. There was no bell hop to carry our bags when we check-in in the morning. The counter staff was indifferent and rude. We lugged our bags up to our rooms and had to walk through a long a narrow passage to get t our room that was located at the end of the row. The corridors are very narrow and certainly not friendly for pregnant mothers. The pricing is about the best you can get in the Anaheim area. Facilities: There is a daily shuttle to the Disneyland resort. They also have shuttle vans to bring you to the airport but you have to boo in advance. I would book when the concierge is around, otherwise it is another long wait. I think the Knotts Berry farm resort hotel hasn't got the same charm and old time hospitality of it original founders.

Not pleased with them tacking on parking charges at the end. These charges were not disclosed during check in. Moderate hotel, by no means a resort. Didn't disclose parking fees at check in but put a bill in our door. Wouldn't have been a problem had we known up front. Then they tried to pass it off saying that we were getting a deal on it and not understanding that it was the way they went about it. Then the manager threatened by saying that next time we would have to pay full price for parking! They need to get a clue on good business practices and customer service!

This was a return trip to this hotel. They treat our family well. The kids love the pool, we love the closeness to Knotts Park, the staff is very friendly and the overall value is good. Snoopy stops into the lobby and restaurant nightly to the glee of the kids (and some overgrown kids that are dressed as parents).

I went to Knotts Berry Farm Resort Hotel because their price was such a good deal. I had read some of the negative remarks and didn't find them to be true for me. The shuttle to and from Disney was great. The hotel rooms could use a little face lift, but mine was clean and comfortable. The front desk people were great and the restaurant was wonderful right there in the hotel. I would stay there again.

Restaurant within hotel was good. Ladyat counter very helpful. I was bitten at last count 53 times in my hotel room. The manager was very disappointing. I will never use Buena Park as one of my choices for bidding for a hotel out of sure fear of getting this hotel again! The rooms are out dated.

Stayed for a few days in July.....Got the rooms for */night...so I am not complaining......We were only in the rooms to sleep..... Ok hotel....walls are thin and a little noisier than most hotels.....but for the bad price I would stay again

We LOVED everthing about it. When we arrived we were greeted by Snoopy. My kids went nuts over it!! The bellman took really good care of us. After he took us to our rooms, he returned with extra towels and robes for us because he saw were were a large group..What great service!! The hotel check in was efficient and friendly. Maid service was wonderful! She made sure we had fresh towels and extra blankets. We will definitely stay here again!!

The hotel rooms were to small. You could hear the people in the next room like they were in your room. The tub was so small . If anyone asked me were to stay when visting Knotts Berry farm I would say stay at Radisson Suites Hotel. I stayed their the next night for less and didn't have to pay for parking lot like you do at Knotts Berry Farm Hotel. I mean really your paying enough just to stay in the hotel why do you have to pay for parking on top of that. The Radisson Hotel was biger and so much cleaner. It's really good for family. I will never stay at the Knotts Resort again.

"We had a great visit at this hotel, with a very convenient location (walking distance to Knott's Berry Farm), with very helpful employees and clean rooms. Room was very comparable to other mid-range hotels, and a bargain at the Travel agency rate. Shower curtains were changed with each visitor, the carpets were fine and we didn't see any trash. Our requested fridge was brought very promptly and worked perfectly. We ate in the restaurant twice and had good food and service, plus a visit from Snoopy, which thrilled my daughter."

Friendly staff. Room was dirty, curtains stained, blankets had an oder, had holes in walls things need be updated. As said above room seemed to not have been used in a while and things were dirty and wall had some holes. the staff was very friendly and when asked for an earlier check they were happy to let us do that.

"This hotel is a big let down.The rooms were dirty/bathrooms moldy.room smeled like smoke. the AMBER WAVES resturant is a big rip off. we did the buffe thing, little food and the plates were WET and STAINED with food. I will never stay again"

Large parking lot. Mattress was old and uncomfortable, rooms look old and outdated, it took 20 min. To check in due to complaints of other guests. This may have been a nice hotel at one time but it's way past its prime. The beds are old and uncomfortable and the rooms look old and outdated. You can find much better hotels for your money in the same area with the same star level.
