When I arrived at the hotel I was surprised to see an old Ramanda sign with a temporary Knights Inn plastic sign hanging over the Ramada sign. There was only one person working in the whole motel when I check in. She was very friendly, though. My room was not very clean and missing TV remote.She said I could come and get a TV remote from her. Asked to change rooms and she did accomodate me. The room smelled and the carpet seemed very dirty. I wouldn't have paid more than 30 dollars to stay here. The description said HBO. Didn't have it. The second day of my stay the maid came at 3pm, the first time I had been back to my room in 2 hours. I had just showered and said can you come back? She said when? I said 1 hour. She said no you are my last room. I said well I am not dressed you will have to come back. I got dressed and left. When I returned several hours later my room was visited by the one maid and her two young children who had been roaming the hotel that morning with her.

It was very easy to get checked in and they were helpful. No indoor pool.

The room was very musty and while sitting on my bed i had 2 bugs crawl on me...i know the doors are on the out side and that could be part of the problem but it still was very nasty and i had to check my whole bed before i woudl even sleep on top of the covers.

This place is very old and has an stale ordor in the rooms. I think there are better hotels in Yakima to stay at for a few more dollars near the convetion center

The location is OK - stores around, gas stations, fast food. Room smelled funny, mattress is lumpy. Nothing to brag about.

we stayed in for performance in capital theatre.extra large room with brand new mattress which was really comfortable. all the staff was extremly friendly and all of us felt like home. when you visit yakima, you will notice above beyond service.

The room was nicely furnished and maid service was good. The ability to adjust the room temperature was very inadequate. The Ramada inn in Yakima way was okay to stay in for the two nights. The odor in the room was a bit off and the ability to regulate the temperature was not good. I think some major improvements could be made to the actual room comfort.

This place is an older motel that is kind of run down. We checkout from another motel and came here but were just as disatisfied here. We spent 10 more per night then the last place and it was the same if not worse. There are better options in yakima but most of the were booked up near the convetion center. Oh yeah , the are where the ramada is kind of risky.

Staff was helpful. I got charged twice on credit card. Heat took a while to kick on. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

I wouldnt waste my time there ever again! The rooms stink, and they are cheap on towels and the sheets are stained. Mgmt was rude and didnt answer phones at night, rough neighborhood
