It was conveniently located right off the main highway. The bed was very uncomfortable. My daughters couldn't even sleep. The desk clerk upon arrival was non-responsive. The room was small for 4 people. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was conveniently located near highway and there were several dining choices within walking distance. There was no atmosphere. It is just a place to sleep.

A decent hotel, however located outside the town and still quite far from the Grand Canyon.

It was our valentine's day weekend gateaway . Front desk people were very helpful , recommend us very nice restaurent. Rooms were clean and comfortable . and for the price we paid , cant beat it . we got all the service that we would in some five star hotel. very satisfied with our stay. continental breakfast was okay it was good for us but if you like hot breakfast just walk cross a street at mcdonald's.

Nothing. Everything. We asked for a smoking room and when we got upstairs it was a non smoking room. The desk clerk showed he was bothered for us. The room was dirty; the continental breakfast was hostess small donuts and cold coffee. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best deal we could get near Grand Canyon.Stayed here for two nights in December. Room was either too hot or too cold. The antique A/C just could not be set to the desirable temperature. The carpet in the room was not entirely clean.Don't be fooled by the 'Free Continental Breakfast' offer. It actually means 2 cold muffins and some coffee. To top it all, the place has the rudest staff I have ever come across. The lady -in- charge was a real snub. Please don't go here unless you are out of all other options.

Not one thing. Bad beds and no service. Don't stay there, you will end up with sore back and head aches.

Front desk was not very friendly! The rooms are in bad shape, the toilet ran all night, old bed,old furniture...chairs shake. The lamp by bed had no light bulb in it...when I turned it on it shocked me! Bath matt had holes in it.........wow I could go on for days about what is wrong with it! Spend a little more money and stay elsewhere. I just had a feeling that nothing was sanitary!!!!!!! l

Liked the lobby. Took us forever to find our room. Last night stayed at Knights Inn.

Room included a fridge and microwave. Poor service, take breakfast with you or be prepared to eat out. The rooms were what we expected for the price, they were clean, and convenient. Breakfast on a table by the hotel entrance: 2 cups, bad (I mean very bad) coffee, box of mini-donuts, and some sugar (no tea bag, unless you ring the unfriendly staff, who will promptly disappear by the time you find out that you just poured cold water from the hot water thermos on your tea bag). I will not stay here again, and would not recommend it to my friends.

Nice, clean and quiet. No frills. Continental breakfast was small donuts and miniature muffins. Plan to eat breakfast elsewhere. I liked the hard bed, my wife did not. I would stay again to save cost over much pricier hotels in the area.

The fact that I left. Staff, shower, beds. We arrived at the hotel kind of late. The girl at the front desk was quasi-helpful. She only gave us one room key, even though there were obviously 2 of us. When we got in the room, it was okay, but not fantastic. It kept getting worse! The shower curtain had mold on it and for the life of me, I couldn't figure out how to work the shower- my friend and I eventually did figure it out. There was only one washcloth and no one answered the phone when we called to get another. In the morning, I went to put ice in the (small) cooler we had, and found the only ice machine was single-serve, meaning I stood there for 10 minutes and got the equivalent of 2 cups of ice. They may as well not have had any breakfast, it was that poor. The gentleman who checked me out couldn't speak English (which is odd, given that he owns a business in the us), and wouldn't let me keep my room key (which every hotel ever has let me do, especially once I explain about people who get your credit card info off of the cards). I was highly dissatisfied with the experience. There are hotels much closer to the grand canyon, and I wish we would have stayed at one of those. You couldn't pay me to stay at this place again.

Staff was helpful. It was overpriced, once we got there we trealized we could have just walked in and got a better deal. It's okay, staff was nice. It was a bed and you could walk to town.

There was a language barrier; convenient location for our needs. It was ok. Their continental breakfast, left a lot to be desired. The over all picture of the motel very plain and simple.
