the room was small and furniture was damaged and i was suppose to have a microwave never got it. linen w3as torn and raggady.

I only had to spend 1 night . Tub faucet leaked, molding broken off, run down. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I went up to Michigan for a funeral and I was glad I only had to sleep 1 night and I was alone. I would have rather gone to a camp ground and sleep in a tent than go back there again.

Rude Staff! Front desk was on the cell phone the whole time or playing computer games. The room was falling apart. Bad stench in room. Cigarette burns all over in a non smoking room. Mirror cracked, spiders everywhere. Tiles cracked and missing on the bathroom floor. Sheets had stains and rips in them. Clean towels had lip stick marks on it. Was promised a continental breakfast. Just had Dunkin Donuts and coffee. All the donuts were gone by the time I got there at 8 AM; only 12 donunt slots for all of the guests. Over heard the maintenance man yelling at a guest. Horrible stay!

I am glad we are out of there. Kids? Don't have any but I would never ever feel like I would be creating a safe environment for children bringing them to this hotel. Holes in the wall. Virtually no provisions and a tone of people outside talking and cutting up. Who knows if some were up to no good.

The hotel was dirty and in somewhat disrepair. The sheets and bedspread had stains and the carpet was not vacuumed. In general, this hotel was not very neat and the appearance was poor. The price was inexpensive, but the quality was surely lacking.

Our room was the best out of the groups but was still in very poor condition. The carpet was dirty the room was non-smoking but there were ashes on the bathroom floor. The room smelled horible. There was blood stains on the box springs for the bed, and holes in the outside of the bathtub. The door was very hard to close from where someone forced the door open and hard to lock. The girl behind the bullet proof glass hardley spoke english and was very hard to talk to. But all in all you get what you pay for!

Equipped with fridge and microwave. In a very rough neighborhood. Although a very cheap hotel stocked with some nice amenities and surrounded by great dining options, I never felt very safe in this particular hotel. Aside from the increased noise levels, there were "questionable" goings-on both nights in which I stayed in Sterling Heights including a 3-police car drug bust and a group of teenagers running around pounding on doors, both of these occurrences were handled very poorly by the administrative staff after they had been informed.

Furniture was damaged, cigarette burns in blanket, not for a family or single person stay. plus sadly also had pornography free on the TV so definitely not family-friendly.

Dirty room, dim lighting, wall paper peeling off walls, Check in thru bullet-proof glass.Actually went into room and left hotel for a Holiday Inn.

This is by far the worst facility I have ever been to! The room smelled musty, the carpets were filthy, the hot water faucet wouldn't shut off, the tub flooded when you showered etc! They didn't even provide shampoo!!! Clearly the pictures posted are 40 years old. No parent should ever bring there child to this place. We checked out after the first night and when travelocity contacted them to verify that we stayed only one night they denied it. When I contacted the manger she was rude unaccomodating and hung up on me! This is a seedy hotel and obviously a scam!
