The first room I was assigned was a smelly, unclean example of how an inn should not be kept. There was a leftover cot in the room, evidently from the guests of the previous night. The second room had the lock installed backwards, so that the lever had to be raised instead of lowered to open. The desk clerk was matter of fact about the condition, as if I were so dumb not to have figured it out. The TV had 'Dish' channels only, programmed on the remote control, and when I asked about local channels, I was given an outrageous explaination about 'the wind' and their antenna. The result of that exchange was I was given an'800'# to call. The toilet was clogged and when I went to the desk to get a plunger (at 10:30PM)I was given a plunger the had not been cleaned since the last use. It was covered with flecks of dried toilet paper. Not a pretty sight!! The 'Continental Breakfast' amounted to coffee and packs of Little Debbie Swiss Rolls. That was it! I asked for a Comment Card and had to wait for 15 minutes for the clerk to look everywhere and make 4 calls to the manager to no avail. No Comment Cards. She then gave me an address for the Home Office that was incorrect.

Hotel rate equals the quality of rooms. Cleanliness was only moderate. Nice low rates during the university graduation season. But, quality and cleanliness of rooms was only moderate. The continental breakfast was much less than what we expected. No wireless service for travelers. They had hair dryers and irons for the guest.

This is the worst experience I've had with a hotel. Our second morning there was no hot water. I understand things happen but what is more upsetting is the apathy on the part of the hotel and their corporate customer serice. Upon checkout, the desk clerk said she could not give us any compensation. I had to talk to the owner, who was due in that afternoon. When I called the coporate number I was told my complaint was being filed and I'd get a call back. This is now two days later, the owner has not called, and upon calling the corporate number again there is no record of my previous call. I tried calling the owner and was told he doesn't come in regularly and my info would be passed on to him, which is what I was told two days ago. I am still trying to find someone, anyone, who cares enough to try to make things right. You can bet I will never stay at a Knight's Inn ever again!

When I asked that the pool area be opened early so that I could use it for my morning yoga practice, there was no hesitation in granting my request.

It was convenient. The door did not shut securely. My husband and I only needed to rest our heads for a few hours. It is great for a short stay. The staff is very friendly.

The shower had no pressure; you could not adjust the air conditioner. The hair dryer was broken. Nothing seemed to work as expected.

Bath tub could have been cleaner. Water in shower changed temperature while showering. The location was good as far as fast foods, buffet and restaurants were concerned. Not too far from department store and mall. Easy access from and to I-81. I would have preferred a small refrigerator instead of the iron and ironing board. Being disabled...the stairs were a chore in themselves. A week later, I am still waiting for the arrival of a cell charger charger (which I am paying for the postage)which was left in the room.

Just a place to sleep not in your car. Just about everything. Only 10 channels when advertising satellite TV with HBO. Barely understanding front desk clerks.

"I enjoyed my stay with my family for three nights, no problems with the rooms and other amenites, would go back again"

Crowded. People hanging outside their rooms partying with alcohol and loud conversations in the balconies till 5 am. Crowded. People hanging outside their rooms partying with alcohol and loud conversations in the balconies till 5 am. The Saturday night we stayed there the place was a big party club. People in the balconies were out talking till the morning. Definitely not a place for a family stay. I got a feeling the place was a extended stay apartment type hotel for young people. The non-smoking room smelled bad. I'll give the hotel a negative 1 star.

"The room appeared to be in the midst of redo. Carpentry dust, paint splatters, etc. Too expensive for the quality of room. "

it was very close to the attractions i wanted to visit and the price was awsome accommodations were fine The hotel was just what we paid for. We wanted a bed and a shower for two days for antique shopping and that is what we got. The room and public areas were very clean and the coffee in the morning was free and of good quality. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends looking for a bed and shower for a few days, but would recommend another star or two if staying any length of time. Overall was a good stay.

"Excellent service and affordable price is the combination of this Motel. We enjoyed our stay, also the break fast in the morning had 4 types of cereals, waffle, muffins, honeybuns, coffee cakes, fruit salad and other stuff, staff was really helpful. Would surely visit this place and would recommend this place."

The location was convenient to returning to the highway to finish my trip. The room had a musty smell, beds were too small, worn and the water was too hot / too cold. The room itself had a musty smell to it. The water was either too hot or too cold when taking a shower, it wouldn't balance out. The beds were somewhat comfortable but were rather small in size and worn. Same with the pillows.

"I enjoyed my stay at graduation weekend. Rates were really affordable, all rooms were occupied nearly having like 100 rooms and 200-300 guests staying, but still room service, breakfast and other things were really in good shape"

Easy to access from main highway. Much in need of update, threadbare rug and linens, overpriced for level.

"it was really enjoying staying there, with the scenic view, affordable price, excellent continental breakfast and polite front desk staff"

Location, and easy access. Front desk attendant spoke little English. Hotel was okay for 1 over night stay, when traveling. Room, fairly clean, but found trash already in room trash can, almost empty roll of toilet tissue, and no bathroom towels for showering/bath. (Only small hand towels.) No other extras supplied such as soap, shampoo, etc.

I would recommend this place and would visit it again in future

Friendly staff. Scope for improvement on breakfast items. Overall good experience. Value for money.
