It was very conveniently located, always smelled clean. It needed to be remodeled bad! The tile and the paint was horrible. Could use a lot of attractiveness improvement. Overall OK, needs to be remodeled, okay for just staying there for night time, but not the entire time of the stay. Very conveniently located. Very steep stairs for the upper level not good for people with leg problems.

I was informed by the manager that their regular room rates were * . I was charged by Travel agent * . I was under the impression that my rates would be cheaper not more expensive. I'll check the rates better next time. I feel that I shoud be reimburssed for the difference. Otherwise I probably won't use your services again.

Smells good and clean. Pillows too hard, don't wear white socks on the floor. Overall experience very nice and the rooms were freshened everyday, I would stay again.

Close to amenities. Room was dark. Decent for shot or overnight, stay not much more than that.

Location was great! Very clean. Really was not a thing! We have been to this hotel several times and have enjoyed it every time!
