I did not like my stay at the Knights Inn. I would never recommand this hotel to anyone. The internet would not work (they are suppose to have hi-speed). The clerk would not help solve this issue. All they said was keep tring. Ever room i have stayed at has shampoo and soap etc. out for the customer but not the Knights Inn. Didn't even have a coffe pot. I will never stay at the Knights Inn. Also the pool is really small.

Location. Everything was far below my expectations having stayed in many hotels. It was dirty, the blanket had multiple burn holes, and the toilet was almost unusable due to filth. The security lock was gone (chain) one light bulb was burned out and they charged as much as a two star hotel charges. All they could say when we complained was we're sorry. No thought of a rebate. When they sent someone to clean, they didn't have the proper supplies, plus they brought their kids with them at 9pm and they ran all over the place. Ugly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful: I had booked for two in one room and ended up with a last minute tagalong; the receptionist added her on when we checked in with no difficulty, and also added in my dog with no trouble either. We were only going to stay for two nights, but the long drive made us want to stay an extra day to rest, and they had no problem adding on one more night to our room. Checking in and out was hassle free, the location is GREAT for those traveling with pets (a big lot behind the hotel is great for walking) and within walking distance/short drive of restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay.
