I travelled for a business trip and wanted inexpensive. That it was, but the location was excellent. It is an older structure, but would have been OK if it hadn't been so stinky like cigarettes. Not the mention the water that seeped into the room and soaked through my suitcase, on the floor. It was noisy, and trashy. Luckily I was too busy to care.

The corner room had windows thatI could open. SoI had fresh air blow through. The parking lot in front of my room water stood, never drained, also there was no microwave. Would stay again. Enjoyed the location of the roomI was in.

water in shower was not adjustable. Hot or Cold no in between. Sink drain did not work properly. Room smelled geriatric. Staff was discourteous, the owner was rude and would not take care of problems.

I wasn't that happy with the motel. I guess for the price, you get what you pay for. It was clean but very small, no indoor pool, small gym; like in someones basement and no dining area to eat.

Just a basic place with a bed and bathroom/shower. Clean and good enough to spend a night in. The complimentary breakfast is watered down orange juice, coffee (didn't try it) and meager pastries. When I got there at 3am, the clerk at the desk was asleep, so make sure you have the phone number of the hotel and plan on calling them a few times if you arrive late. The swimming pool didn't look very attractive. If you're looking for a basic, safe place with a bed so you can get a night's sleep, this is fine. Anything more, go somewhere else.

the staff at the knights inn were very kind and wonderful! as for the room tho, i had no alarm clock, no ashtray, and you could tell the sheets had not been washed. i also discovered from trying to find a plug for my cell phone, the room was not cleaned. i found a used condom behind the table. needless to say i will not be staying their again or would not recomend it. but again the staff was very nice!

Some items were taken out of my room, they were of no value but they were laying in the middle of the table surrounded by other items belonging to me. WHen I reported it to the front desk they were of no help. Television was fuzzy on almost all channels and blown light bulbs were not changed even after asking. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful but all in all I will not use franchise again. Longest 5 nights of my life.

The room was cozy and the bed was clean. The bathroom was not clean, the faucet in the bathroom was broken. The hotel was clean, the staff was courteous and helpful. The room was nice but the bathroom was not clean, the showerhead didn't flow properly, and the sink's faucet was also broken. Hotel was ok, but my room was less than desirable. I would not stay at this hotel again.

My wife & I stayed enjoyed our 4-night stay. Although it is an older motel, the owner has made steady improvements to the property: new windows in front rooms; new paint, carpet & bedspreads; pool maintenance. Good Points: Customer Service: The staff was very helpful in providing many extras that we asked for, & in giving directions to nearby stores, cinemas, & beaches. The room was clean & was well-decorated. Many store chains are located nearby. As the motel is located a couple hundred feet from Rt. # 6, traffic noise is minimal. Comfortable beds; good a/c; mini-fridge; bathroom fan worked well; nice pool; plenty of free parking; guest-use computer in lobby; decent rates ($65). Bad Points: The breakfast was somewhat limited. My main complaint was the lack of real cream; they only had whitener. Although the room is nicely decorated, it is a bit impractical: there is no dresser for your clothing, but the closet is a good size. Only 19? TV with about 20 channels (some of which were fuzzy). Local calls were not free ($.35/min) Overall, it is a good deal for the money, & customer service is really good.

I was not overall displeased...however, I would not personally opt to stay at this hotel again. Upon arriving, I first noticed the staff. They were very poorly dressed to have been the Welcoming Party. The staff at this hotel had holey jeans and dirty white regular T-shirts on. Their hair was dirty and not combed ( not making this up)...and one of the employees there shared with me and my guests that he had received beer as a tip...which he had drank while on the clock. My only other main complaint was the continental breakfast. You arent expecting anything extravagent or fancy, however boxed instant individually packed (add water) oatmeal and bear claws isnt exactly what you are expecting either. However, I will say that the hotel staff was friendly, and our room was kept clean.Again...I would never again stay at this hotel.

Price. Facilities were not functional. This hotel was clean & the staff was friendly. The toilet in the room wouldn't flush. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Very skimpy & limited.

My children and I stayed for a bit and had a pleasant experience. The funishings were adequate and the staff was exceptional. I consistently had three different houskeepers who were attentive and friendly. In the early morning hours when I went to the lobby for milk I was instructed to take the whole thing....I know how babies want their milk. The room was clean, the location was excellent. We experienced no problems with noise, or security issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay. On the downside, the continental breakfast is lacking at best, and there do seem to be a few "long-term" residents here.

We stayed 3 nights in a non-smoking room. It was great to park right in front of our door, as all the outside units seemed to be the non-smoking rooms. It was very easy to get things from the car and to pack up at the end of our stay. The room is smaller than most hotel/motel rooms, but clean and pretty, with the kind of curtains and window shades you may have in your own home, instead of the usual standard window coverings. The bathroom is also like one you may find in a 1960s house. Ours had a very attractive tile floor. The only drawback we had with our particular room is that the tub didn't drain well, so we were always standing in a pool of soapy water during our shower, and the toilet needed manual intervention about a half dozen times. We didn't mind sticking our hand in the water tank and positioning the flapper over the hole, so that the tank would fill up again and the toilet would stop running. It was like you might have happen at home. We didn't bother to ask for another room, since we liked the location of ours. There is a small round table and a pretty desk at which to sit and eat or write or use your laptop. The room has a closet, but no drawers for clothes. We did just fine living our of our suitcases while using the hangers in the closet to hang up dresses and suits. A big plus was the mini-fridge, which we used to great advantage over the course of our stay. The TV was perched on top of the fridge, and there is a remote control. The TV is not as large as many are in hotel rooms, but quite big enough, and we didn't have time to spend in our room watching any TV anyway. The two double beds we had were just fine. The proximity of the bathroom (just inches away) from one of the beds was just what I need in the middle of the night. It worked well for us. The lobby had a computer with internet access and the treadmill in the fitness room was used by us every night, so we were happy campers. We have stayed in a couple of other hotels in the area and enjoy

Okay, for the price I wasn't expecting luxury. Or even a pool. But this place is a nightmare. Cockroaches in the room. Old, flat pillows (just two). Lumpy mattress. Rug hadn't been vaccuumed. Broken window shades. Two of the three lamps didn't work, one because the cord was cut. Scratchy towels. Dingy bathroom. Exposed electrical outlets. No one came to make the bed or empty the garbage, though we were there for two days. Garbage in the pool and the nearby trash can was full. We chatted with a "guest" who said she was on welfare and staying there for the long term. And we witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot.

My son really liked the blankets & the location to food and stores. I liked the smoke free rooms but I am a smoker and when we went outside to smoke there was no where to put the cigarette butts. The door lock was broken (which we fixed with our own screwdriver) & the tv button was broken. Thank goodness for the remote! Overall the room was clean....Thanks!
