Nothing. Everything. Price was great.

It was bad.The rooms were not that great.It smelled bad.The floors were dirty.The heater worked bad.And they said it was automatic but it was not.I sweeted so hard at night because of the heater.Do not stay here stay at the super 8.

Noise was over bearing you could hear everything through and under the door could not sleep.

Over charged my credit card before arrival.The air conditioner didn't work the carpet was still wet from being cleaned,You should have thrown the badly stained carpet out. The dead bolt didn't work ,I didn't feel safe at all. Asked the front desk to fix nobody showed up at all. I stayed 1 night ,left the lights on to help ward off the roaches and mice. I have traveled poor countries and the accomidations there were far better then the Knights inn. I can't wait to write a review on your website to warn any other travelers.

Short walking distance to downtown hotels/casinos. Downtown Reno is noisey price was right, room clean, easy to find, great off and on freeway.

The service was great. Very attentive and in immediate time manner. Nothing special that I didn't like. The hotel was very clean. Very convenient to the major locations of the city and shoppings. I'll definitely come back to this hotel again in the future. Thank you Priceline.

The service was great. It was convenient location and very clean. No swiming pool. The service was great. The location was very central and close to every thing. The room was very clean and nice and pleasant place to stay. I was surprise from the great service of this hotel for the price that we paid. It was worth every minute of stay!Thank you Priceline for your great hotel in this city.

The location was convenient. The dirty carpets. If you are looking for a hotel that's close to downtown without paying the price of the expensive casinos then this is your place. I would not recommend this hotel if you had children because the rooms were not very accommodating for small children and babies. No microwave to heat things and no mini fridge to store food.
