the lincoln square restaurant was a disappointment it was recommended by the clerk at the Best Western We will not go again. The cigarette smoke was bad and the food not too exciting... we give it TWO CIGAR BUTTS

We didn't know because we had been told the motel was run down but they are fixing it up, we found it very nice and quiet and clean. the price was very good & staff friendly. We would stay there again.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Ended up being cleaner and better than it looked on the outside & in the lobby.

New furniture; new large television; very impressed with Knights Inn based on this stay. It is the least expensive motel we've ever stayed in and pleasantly surprised about the room. Good location; restaurant on-site, Recommended.

We needed a cheap place to stay for one night and we have a small dog. This place fit the bill. I didn't look to good on the outside but for the price you can't expect much. The beds were small but the pillows were nice. The TV, fidge and microwave was clean. The room was spacious. The staff spoke english very well and there was some confusion on our pre-paid status. We would stay there again.

Convenient location, quick sign in. Non-smoking room had overwhelming smoky odor. Was fine for a 1star hotel but was promised a non-smoking room and did not get one. Outside noises were very prominent inside room. Overall, was clean.

Refrigerator and microwave decent room. Staff, no pool, no continental breakfast. We will never return. No shampoo and when asked for it we felt like we were a burden. Refused conditioner to me.

The bed was comfortable. NA. Skip this place. It's a dump.

The room was quite comfortable and clean. Well worth the price. The door was missing part of its seal, so anything going on outside was audible in the room. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and I could park right in front of my room. For the price, I was surprised just how comfortable it was. However, the hotel is a couple miles south of Peru, which has a limited selection of restaurants, so one might be farther ahead to eat at the restaurant at the hotel, rather than heading into town for a meal.

Location and price. No problems. Not the Taj Mahal, but I bought a bed for the night, not a vacation spa.

The location was conveniently close to the highway and the price was reasonable. Although the room was marked as nonsmoking, it smelled like a smoking room. The quality of this room is far from 2-stars and may barely qualify for one. The room was marked as nonsmoking, but there was a strong odor of stale smoke, as if it was previously a smoking room, and not thoroughly deodorized. There were cigarette burns on the floor and furniture. Also, the furniture was worn threadbare in places, and the mattress was sunken. Also disturbing in this room was an access door to the attic that appeared to have not been cleaned recently, if ever. The room would have been an ideal location to film a horror movie. On a more positive note, the refrigerator was a welcome feature, and the large TV set had many channels.

Location was good. Lobby attendant at check-in was very pleasant. Lobby attendant at check-out was brusque, surly, and rude. This hotel has good location and convenient on-property (non-hotel) restaurant. The accommodations appeared clean and appropriate for the star level. Check-in conducted by a very pleasant lady. The only detractor was an extremely rude employee at check-out. She may have been an owner or manager.

Nicer than expected. No continental breakfast. I arrived at 1 a.m. The desk clerk asked for my credit card and I told him that I had already paid. He seemed confused. My key didn't work, initially. The lights didn't work in the room. That was how it all started, but from that point forward, it was a great experience. I plugged in the lights. The room was nice, clean, good TV selection of channels; fridge and micro were unexpected, but appreciated. Parking was right outside my door.

The room was well-equipped with both a mini-frig and a microwave. We felt that the room was very nice, fairly new carpeting, with a very comfortable bed. The only thing that did not look nice esthetically was the ottoman fabric did not match the chair fabric, not a very big problem. We would return to this hotel again if ever in the area.
