The hotel was close to the airport and the mall, even a Starbucks nearby if you like that kind of thing. The bathroom reminded me of a horror movie. Maybe it was just me but I would not stay there alone. The help was very friendly but the room dingy and I slept on the top of the blankets.

Price. Undependable internet . Adequate facility. Clean. Inexpensive.

Although the staff was very friendly, overall I found that the hotel was disappointing. The tv in the room had cable but it would occasionally flicker on and off. When you initially turned on the tv, it was defaulted to a channel that has nothing on it - white static. An annoyance. Also, there was no television remote in the room when I checked in. There aren't any convenient outlets in the room. I had to unplug a few things in order to have a place to plug in my lap top and charge my cell phone. There was a small refridgerator and microwave in the room, but they were not plugged in and it unfotunately took me a while to realize that. Whats more, there was not enough outlets near the refridgerator, microwave, and tv to have all three plugged in at the same time. The hotel provides a limited sort of breakfast - consists of coffee, tea, and miniature ceran-wrapped pastries. The coffee was weak, and the pastries were gross. The beds were a little hard, but I like that so I was comfortable. It probably helped, though, that I had a room with two beds and used all the pillows from both. The overall look and feel of the room was disappointing as well. I'm not sure if it actually was, but it felt dirty. Probably because the property is so old. The area where the hotel is located is pretty good. There are a lot of businesses and shops near by, and I believe the mall was a short drive down the street. Overall, I would not stay in this hotel again. Actually, it's more of a motel...

Hotel is hard to find even though it is on a main road. Phone, refrig and microwave did not work. The sheets and blankets had holes burned into them. No others rooms were available. And the breakfast consited of stale rolls and coffee, no milk of juice. I guess I really go what I paid for.

The Hotel is right on a busy road, this caused traffic noises all day and night. And, much noise, in the parking lot, and in other rooms, above and around us. Leaving us wondering what was really taking place in this hotel? The room was not cleaned for us one day, and generally when it was cleaned, something was forgotten: soap, shampoo, drinking glasses, etc. We would get re-stocked at the front desk. The hotel has wireless internet, and it worked fine in our room, however, fellow travelers two rooms away said it wouldn?t produce a good signal for them. The bath towels are very skimpy. And, it would?ve been nice to have a pool. If you need a low budget no frills hotel, this would be fine. If you are staying for several days and like a larger more comfortable room and amenities, try elsewhere. One positive: The TV had a lot of cable channels, including the golf channel. Often that is not the case, in our experience.

Door wouldn't open/ then wouldn't lock, blood on pillowcase, toilet was constantly running, a/c didn't work. unacceptable experience-NEVER staying at Knights Inn again!!!!!

I chose this Knights Inn more for necessity than any other reason. I needed a place close to the area of my meeting place that night. My greatest concern was for personal safety as for many years, the Orange Blossom Trail has not had the best reputation. But, I did not incur any moments of anticipation as this Inn was located on the south end of the Trail. The room was clean, towels and other necessities were furnished. The Staff I encountered were very congenial. Basically, I had a good stay as my required needs were met.

The availability of crack. The high price of crack. I wish I brought my gun!

I stayed at this hotel and from the get to there was nothing but problems. One of my family members rooms wouldn't open, when we addressed this issue with the managment, they told us to put the key in and kick the door in. one room had blood on the sheets. Toilets didn't work and one tub wouldn't drain even after 24 hours. I'd never stay here again, ever. Would never recommend this hotel and I think the "terrible" rating was far too generous. Travelocity really should remove this hotel as an option.

The friendship of the desk clerk, and that he speak Spanish. All, except the things on the point 14. There are a variety of bugs and dust over the place, unbelievable dirty place and unsafe. I heard guns shots in the early night. The desk clerk was behind bullet proof glass, imagine!

i pulled up to this motel and knew right away that this was not a good location. i called travelocity to complain - i wanted another hotel. the guy on the phone said he would try to change it but was unable to do so (he could not get trough to the "motel". i was tired and decided to sleep there-not much success - other guests were fighting and screeming trough the night. the following night i booked into another hotel as i was not going back there at night (i really felt unsafe at this location). i went back the following morning to get my luggage. the staff were very friendly and the room was clean -- location is the problem.

I thought I would take a chance on a hotel that was not rated. It had just been renovated so how bad could it be? It was sketchy. Arrived at 2 a.m. having to knock on office window to get service. Room was very basic, without usual amenities of shampoo bottle and lotion. The bar soap was not real soap- some solid oil concoction from India. Turns out this "soap" is used all over Florida. Ick! Continental breakfast included prepackaged sticky buns or coffee cake, jut like the kind you get in a vending machine. Thank goodness We only spent 4 hours in this hotel.

Nothing. This hotel is very dirty. Put it to you this way. I was told by the guy working there not to go out after 8 p.m. this and any hotel on Orange Blossom Trail is not safe after dark. The rooms were nasty dirty.

Inoperable internet. Located on a major street, the hotel provided a fairly clean yet spartan room. TV and bathroom appliances worked fine. Room was equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator. Biggest disappointment was inoperable internet, as I had work to do prior to my departure. A call to the front desk got a response that it had rained the previous day and the internet would never work after rain.

"Dirty!!!.... old linens & sheets. My husband had bug bites all over him when he woke up. Little Debbies were the continental breakfast, they had run out of coffee & OJ at 8:30 am . It took us 15 minutes to wake somebody up to let us in our room at midnight. NEVER AGAIN-we should have slept in our car."

Customer service was pretty darn good. Also internet (wireless) was free. Kinda a upper-class sleazy hotel. Bed was propped up on phone books, bed sagged, room was not real clean, and bathroom was wet from ceiling dripping. Thug music played until wee hours of morning (didn't bother me because I'm used to it, but did note it). Customer service was great though, I lost an item in the room and they sent it to me for free. Internet was free (and fast).
