Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was dirty and dingy. Tiles were falling off wall in shower etc. I would not recommend this hotel.

This place was like the slums. Rooms stink. Bathroom tubs brown and dirty from use. Rooms were nasty dust all over, carpet looked like a flood passed through. The office people no class dress like they are at the fish market. They don't refund your money a real waste of your money. Of course I did not hesitate to get out of this dump, refund or not I will not stay here period. Will not recommend this place to anyone unless you are a *** and can't do better.

teens party all night,staff rude,rooms look horrific,bad shape.Staff doesnt care that they have parties all hours of the night.Could not get money back so I had to stay.Was up all nite guarding my car.DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff. Dirty, door lock messed up, pool closed. This hotel did not look as nice as web site showed rooms had dirty rugs, door lock was messed up. Fist room a/c did not work, second room only worked fair.Had no microwave, and fridge only big enough for a 6 pack. Had men hanging around outside drinking all afternoon and evening.

Nothing. Filthy. I will never stay in a Knight Inn again. I travel often and this had to be one of worst rooms I have ever stayed in. I don't usually stay in one star rooms, but I never expected it to be so filthy and nasty the sinks were stopped up, the soaped was used already, there was hair in the toilet and the carpet was filthy and the sheets were dingy. Never stay here.

Besides the fact that the staff were less than helpful at check-in and check-out, I walked in to my room to find potato chip crumbs and a dead roach in the room. I was utterly disgusted. "

I stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions. If you are on a tight budget, it's not bad for the cheap price. The problem is, when you book online then check in, they always have an excuse to charge extra money for the room (anywhere from 2 - 5 dollars more).

Location to my destination was excellent. Heat controls did now work effectively as desired. The room had a musty smell - I sneezed quite a bit in the room. The tub appeared to be dirty but most likely it was clean. My assumption is that work was done in the bathroom by an inferior handi-man. The rooms need major makeovers mostly paint and appliances- but it was acceptable for 1 night.

"The motel looked like a place where teens go to party. When you go to check in there are a list of rules posted. No drinking outside, no partying, etc... I stripped off the comforter and sheets and slept on a blanket that i had in the car..... Not a nice place to stay"

Good location in Roanoke. Sink didn't drain. The Knights Inn Williamson Road has easy access to the airport, the malls and is five miles from downtown (Main St). The rooms are big and clean. There are several restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and the rooms are cozy.

"we checked in and found the room smelly and crayon marks all over the walls. when we went out to eat, we noticed a lot of suspicious activity and characters hanging around the parking lot. we checked out without even spending a single night."
