	Date of Stay: April, 2008
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The maintenance guy was creepy and the beds were uncomfortable and the rooms stunk. Staff couldn't really speak English.

SEEDY is about the best operative word to describe our "Knight's Inn" experience. We even wound up paying for the room and finding another hotel to stay in. Unwashed, blood stained bed clothes, broken faucet. At least the office lady let us look in about five rooms to give us our choice. Even still, all the rooms were the same. You'd think one room would have had clean linens, but you'd be wrong.

More economical that others. Overpriced for older facility. Room, though claimed to be smoke free was not. Area adjoins motel office space, and on Saturday night the amount of smoke odor was offensive. Bath tub drain was extremely slow.

I would never stay there again. We didn't get the type of room we requested and we felt that the rooms were not secure. Some of the hotel room doors looked like they had been kicked in. We slep with a chair pushed up to the door.

You might as well not make a reservation with this hotel because even if you do they don't give you the room that you reserved so don't bother doing so. As for safety if you are down there for business it makes you feel real comfortable that you can't even get the door open with the key that they give you. The bed wasn't that bad but the room looked really run down and really old and out of date.

excessive noise at 2: am and I called for security and was none to be had. The door lock was not secure, walk ups payed less than I did with your web site. It was a bad experience and I received no sleep and had to go to a all day meeting. :(

Leaving in the morning. Pretty much everything. This place is a dump. It is a monument to deferred maintenance - pretty much nothing worked: no working outlet in bathroom - big crack in sink (wash your hands, stand in water). Room had a strange smell - like someone had been keeping chickens.

Our stay was fine but the room was awful. We had a nonsmioking room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom was falling apart and the sheets and blankets had cigarette burns in them. The front desk clerk was rude to my parents when they asked for more towels to be put in our room considering we had 4 adults staying in there. The TV didn't work very well the first night on the second night when my husband showed up he had to hook up the cable. The door when shut would not shut very tight if not for the dead bolt some one could have easily barged right in.

If you just want a place to "crash for the night" this hotel is ok. About what you would expect for the price. Marginal upkeep, disinterested staff, grubby bathrooms and room access was a good old fashioned key. The bed was comfortable though so the property was acceptable for passing through town on a budget.

The hotel was old and delapidated. There were holes in the walls. The doors were almost falling off the hinges. The bathroom was disgusting. I was afriad to shower in the tub. Free continental breakfast consisted of watered down coffee and tiny donuts. When we arrived, the room was not clean and ready for occupancy.When I asked if they planned to change the bedspread along with the linens, the attendant got quite angry and very defensive. We were out during the time room service arrived to clean. They did change the sheets and empty the trash cans, but nothing else was done. Half of the electricity did not work in the room and there was no remote for the TV. It is the cheapest hotel in the area and I see why. Being that we were in town for a funeral, we spent most of our time visiting family and only used the room for sleeping, but next time i'll spend an extra $10 or $15 a day for peace of mind and comfort across the street.

Was not as clean as I would have liked.

My reserved room was ready when I arrived late in the evening, but the room was poorly cleaned. A few lights were missing bulbs and in general the room was very worn. Room had a ground-floor entry and the parking lot outside was very noisy into the early morning hours. Door did not close tightly and so I did not feel comfortable leaving my things there when I was out. I had booked for two nights, but bailed for a nicer hotel the second night.

Clean, no-frills(bring shampoo) but dated (60's style bldg) & showingwear. Walk to MANY eateries & Walmart. Very quiet. King room had small table & 2 chairs, not cramped.

I wasn't expecting much in the way of amenities and that's what I got. The rooms are old and in poor condition as far as the door fitting the jamb, wall covereings and furniture. However, everything was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and some VERY small sweets. On the first morning there was no creamer for the coffee. I was told that the manager had not brought any in yet. The staff was helpful. My neighbors in the adjoining rooms were mostly quiet and polite but drove noisy, poorly running cars. This did not bother me, but did bother two of my fellow travel companions. All in all, I thought the room was okay for the money. I don't think most of my friends would want to stay here. It's just too run down.

The room was neat and clean. The toilet made a sound. I didn't report it until I left. I just turned off the water at night. They will fix it. It was neat and clean. The help I spoke with were neat, clean and helpful. All I wanted was a clean place to sleep at a low cost. It was an excellent value. The noise in the toilet wasn't enough of a problem for me to report until I left. They were concerned and will fix it.

This hotel is a good bargain with a great location. It is located less than three (3) miles from the Dayton, Ohio airport and less than one mile from two major highways...East/West I-70 and North/South I-75. It listed as one of the lowest prices in the Dayton area and it proved to be a good bargain. This hotel is excellent for a night or two, but it lacks amenities for a longer stay. The room was quite large, adequately furnished, albeit a bit dated, and acceptably clean. The only problem with the room was the rubber seal around the base of the toilet needed replaced causing a small puddle to collect on the floor. The hotel was clean and adequately secure, although key cards would probably make it more secure. The complimentary coffee and snacks were a pleasant surprise, particularly considering the price. As previously stated, the hotel lacks amenities so it probably is not ideal for families. I would definitely stay here again on a similar type of trip or if I was traveling through the area.

The price. The condition and cleanliness. It was an inexpensive place to sleep, but it was not a comfortable and safe environment. The bathroom door was off the hinge, there were cigarette ashes in the toilet and tub of a non smoking room.

The beds were big. The room next to mine had marks on the door where it looked like it had been broken into. I picked this hotel because it was inexpensive. Next time, I will pay a little more and make sure I am in a safer, quality hotel.
