Good position to Niagara Falls if you have car. Breakfast - no space for sitting during eating. Swimming pool not running. Internet access was not function.

just good married looking for honeymoon suit at affordable rate. great jaccuzi suit they gave us. room was big and clean and nice and service was excellent.

i t hink my overall stay was excellent. first of all they upgrade us iwht king bed when we booked for queen bed. nice celan rooms grweat staff.

Friendly staff. Filthy, bugs, outdated facilities, smelly towels. Although the staff was friendly this hotel did not meet my expectation. I didn't need a microwave, refrigerator, etc. What I did need was a clean, livable room. This room had cob webs complete with bugs in every corner, towels that smelled like Fritos corn chips, sheets and blankets with obvious stains, and outdated pictures and furnishings. I would never choose to stay in a motel such as this and would recommend it to absolutely no one.

They were rude and disrespectful. The hotel was dirty, spiders crawling all over the room. I will never go back again. They actually argue with you in front of other customers.

We paid a lot to stay here during september but we were disappointed. the place is not clean. Breakfast is just watery coffee and bread/butter!! Stay somewhere else for the same money you spend. Extra person fees was collected after we reached there!! Never showed up on the site..

Location. Stain on bed sheets, bathtub filthy, shower only dripped water. Staffwas friendly but room was very dirty. Carpet dirt stains, bed sheet had large stain on it, cable wasnot always working, shower only dripped water, sometimes toilet did not flush.

I wonder what happened between the time folks who gave the good reviews stayed here, and when I pulled in. Unfortunately, I was guided by the other reviews, so I booked here. Baseboards were screwed into the walls in some places with large black screws. The shower showed more mildew than tile. The towels were unraveling at the edges, and the sheets were so thin we could see through them.

all basic needs you can find in this hotel, they dont have pool but everything else is good.

Location is good, close to Niagra. Dirty small rooms, dirty bed, no lock for bathroom door, pathetic breakfast. The rooms are very small and not at all clean. The bed sheets were also dirty. The bathroom door did not have a lock. And the greatest surprise was the continental breakfast. There was one small rack where there was a coffee maker and come bread and muffins kept - there was not even a proper table/chairs to sit down and have that food. That indeed is some continental breakfast!

ITS BAD!!! Small rooms - dirty - very little parking - no pool! Rooms stunk! Bad service! Over priced! everything in room falls apart and loose - walls painted in orange. We checked lots of hotels-lost a day- found nice ones next day cheaper on Canada side. Much better on everthing over boarder and cleaner! We looked at 10 or more hotel on usa side under * all bad - over priced for trashed rooms - rude people - no hotels take coupons on weekends - took our vacation away turned into nightmare!!!

Don't ever think of staying there..The hotel managment is a cheat I had a confimed ticket but the hotel said it is cancelled and they din't give me a hotel... They cheated the customer and they wanted to get more money without giving rooms to the people who had booked already thru the web sites.. Please don't ever go and book here. You will end up in probelms..
