The Knights Inn / Niagra Falls CAN had nice employees - was very roomey - seemed clean and somewhat well kept outside - but the room was 'old - used' and was in need of repair (floor boards falling apart - tiles missing / broken in bathroom, etc). We were visited by 2 large multi-legged bugs when we returned from sight seeing. That was the worst. Air conditioning window unit did not really cool room. Beds were not 'very comfortable' but sleepable.

It was close to the Falls, shopping and the interstate. No heated pool and it was dirty. We didn't use the pool-it looked very nasty and in repair mode. It was a very plain, no frills place to sleep. But it was close to everything and very quiet since we were 1 of 4 guests.

Good, clean facilities but hard to find and rather far away from the falls.

The property picture does not represent the actual property on Lundy's Lane. Plywood replaces missing glass in the all glass, out of date check in area. The rooms are open to the heavy street traffic, with questionable furniture outside, double decker motel style badly in need of demolish or renovation, even bars on some windows, with a dark, poorly lit parking lot and a broken sign. I pulled out and checked in down the street. I've written to Wyndam Rewards where the same property photo is listed. Staff was friendly on the phone, negotiated 50% rate for my non-check in as I couldn't possibly let my children out of the car in that lot. Pool is smack in the middle of the parking lot, also open to the main street - not fair to post misleading photo!

Nothing. Dirty bathtub, No smoke alarm or TV remote battery, we froze. Yellow water. garbage on floor of room. Bad mattress. Noisy. Although this location is semi-convenient to attractions; the room was a mess, there was actual garbage on the floor under the bed, the tub was dirty, the water was yellow until you ran it for a while, we were kept up with the noise. We had to ask for batteries to the smoke alarm and TV remote control. The room was cold and we froze with the heat turned all the way up. We will never stay at any Knight's Inn again! We give this hotel 4 thumbs down! Too bad our favorite hotel Days Inn on the Gorge was full.

Nothing. Not cleaned. Hotel need to be fixed in the rooms.

"No linen changes over three nights despite <20% occupancy each night. Fridge only froze and teetered on a broken foot when open. They no longer give receipt usable for visitor tax refund. This place used to be a value, but now it's just cheap."

Hotel staff was friendly. Smelled funny/was very far from the falls/out dated. Staff was so friendly but I’d recommend staying here if you are with a group rather than with one or two people. There were a lot of groups so that means a lot of noise. The room was clean but smelled funny. It could use a major make over but it’s an economy hotel!

"Needs Updating! We stayed there one night, it was dirty and not kept up well. The windows were falling appart, floor was peeling up in bathroom, was a smell of mold. The a/c in the main room barely blew cold, the other one was OK. We stayed in the 1 Que. and 2 Dou., 2-room ""suite"". I HIGHLY reccomend you choose another hotel, spend the extra money, its worth it! One OK thing was the porch and chairs outside."

Not difficult to find. Bedding is not clean. It was a poor condition than I had expected.

I have stayed at many hotels/motels for business and vacation. This one was about the worst. Our room was very dirty. There were no amenities. The beds were very uncomfortable. The facility itself was old and dingy. We tried to find a different hotel the second night because we found a cockroach on the wall. Sorry to be such a downer - but i DO NOT recommend this place.

Nothing. The service was horrible and the hotel room was not clean!

Staff, price, convenience. Older hotel, over 2 miles from attractions. It is a budget hotel. Great for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lots of happy families. We liked the idea that you could park your car and walk to the front door - very convenient.

The hotel was in a nice area of town. It said it was 3 blocks from the falls, well it was like 6 or 7 a lot of walking didn't like that at all. The bathrooms looked like they needed to be redone, and the water pressure from the shower head could pull your skin off it was so much, there were a lot of thing to do in the area, but it was so far from the falls after the first night we had to drive to the falls and find parking (which isn't cheap) because after a day of walking around the walk back to the hotel was a killer. Never had so many blisters on my feet from walking.

It was cheap and walking distance from the falls (if you are young). The staff; the cleanliness; the facilities; etc. I was very upset with this place. Upon arrival, we needed to have a 3rd person stay in our 2 person room. They refused to give us room because we asked about this and thought we'd sneak someone in.

I liked the fact that it was nearby the falls but not in the busy part. It was peaceful and the staff was great. No complaints. Overall, the hotel met my expectations. good location, friendly staff and peaceful environment.

Somewhat close to the falls. Shower. If you're only looking for a place to sleep, this hotel is good.

The shuttle service to the Niagara Falls area was convenient. The shower drain was slow and caused standing water. I expected a little more for the price but I understand that this is a tourist area so prices are always a little higher.
