The hotel was not clean at all. Had i not paid for the room in advance I would have found another room!!! There was no HBO as advertised. The continental breakfast was the grossest thing I had ever seen.

My room had not been cleaned. My room had not been cleaned, the beds were dirty when I rolled the covers back to put my grandchildren in the bed their was trash in the bed, the bed had been made, but it had not been changed, so we made them a pallet on the floor, the floors had not been vacuumed and their were no towels, tissue, or soap in the room I had to go to Wal-Mart to purchase towels, and soap, the person that cleaned rooms let us use the vacuum, gave us some fresh sheets, and tissue, when asked was he going to clean our room he said our room was not on the list to be cleaned.

The hotel looks like a dump and is in desperate need of remodeling. It used to be a Super 8, so everything still has that name on it. The carpet looked new, but everything else needs work. The wallpaper is peeling off, there were patched holes in our wall, the lighting was terrible and it was difficult to get into the parking lot IMO. It's right next to I24 and the airport, so if you can't sleep with noise, don't stay here. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the bed was comfortable, but housekeeping came by WAY too early. Our room was across the hall from the housekeepers office, so that may be why. There was also no coffeepot or alarm clock like they said there would be. They also lacked shampoo & such, but at a night, what do you expect? This is also where Yellow puts up their truck drivers, so there are a lot of them around...which means the complementary breakfast is wiped out by 8am. When I first got here, I was very uneasy due to the appearance, and the security isn't that great--the "secured" doors were propped most of the time, but we had no major problems staying here. Honestly, my only complaints are that the pool was still covered/closed and it was 98 outside all week, there were planes flying over all the time, you have to request extra towels every day, and the lot is hard to get into. It was ok, but I'd only stay here again if everywhere else was booked.

I want to let you know that the Knights Inn I stayed at was the worst place I ever stayed in, in my life it was the worst. Knights Inn 350 Harding Place, Nashville, TN, US 37211. People were using the ice machine in the hallway all night and it sounded like someone was knocking on my door. In all if I was giving a grade from 0 to 10 They would be a 0. My wife and I disliked our stay and would never stay at another Knights Inn without first checking it out we will also let our friends know.

Nothing at all. Run-down tenement environment, poor service, security concerns. This was the most awful motel I have ever seen! Moldy old carpet stank in my rooms and in the hallway, broken hallway lighting fixtures and windows were left unrepaired. This dump has not seen new paint in many years. No coffee in room, no shampoo in the bathroom. The front desk "help" was often absent or busy with personal calls on her cell phone. Friendly enough-but in attentive to customers. The groups of teens "hanging out" by the parking lot left me fearing an overnight break-in of my car to the extent that I hardly slept at all.

If you only need a place to lay your head overnight this hotel was ok. The water pressure was a bit to be desired. The staff was friendly. Did not use any amenties, so therefor I can not give a comment on this area. I was ther for the CMA festivle and I had no trouble getting to downtown Nashvill from this location.
