Had nothing but problems, they did not have my reservation!!!! the doors had to be played with to get code cards to work, it took on average 6 tries on both rooms, everytime!! the tv signal was terrible when it did come in!! The room phone could dial out but could not recieve calls!!! This is the Second time that my reservation was not recieved by the hotel!!!! I am seriously thinking of closing my account with Orbitz because of the Repeat Problem of the Hotel not having my reservation's!!!

I have stayed here several times, and will stay again.only one problem, a broken toilet. it was resolved, and a new room was given. clean, nice size rooms, and very friendly staff.

Had to take care of personal business while I was there, As soon as I arrived they told me that I had the wrong credit card. I paid in advance for my room, was charged as soon as I got there, showed them the papers where I booked my trip and paid in full, wasn't happy with the factor that I paid twiced for a 1 day stay, Thought paying in advance was better and less stressfull than it was paying when you arrive. Now they don't want to reinburse me the funds and now I'm stuck dealing with the leg work of retreiving the funds back to my card.

Seems to be adequately sound proofed. Hideous decor, unsafe area and creepy people.

This was a quick trip to visit friends in the Murfreesboro area. Upon check-in, the clerk was less than friendly and somewhat rude. The room was very dirty and the door had a crack between the frame and lock and was not secure at all. The odor in the room was terrible. The immediate area had lots of construction going on and was extremely congested. The overall management, cleanliness, and security was very dissppointing. I was so concerned and dissappointed, that we decided to stay at another hotel a little further north off of I24. Subsequently, our friends told us this area was mainly used for weekly/extended stays for local workers and was the worst area for renting hotels (Church Street). My candid, short description would be.....a DIRTY DUMP.

We had a non-smoking room but it smelled very much like smokers had been there. The continental breakfast was limited to cereal and boxed doughnuts with coffee and juice drinks. On the plus side the wireless internet connection worked and they only charged $10 for our shih tzu.

Convenient to shopping and interstate. I would stay there again.

Nice clean room with microwave & refrigerator. Everything was clean. This is what is the most important to me & the hardest to find in a budget motel. The tub could have used a scrubbing, but looked about like most motel tubs. It was a clean, no frills motel when you just want a place to sleep & rest while travelling or attending a festival as we were.

there was no shampoo, conditioner, the pillows were so soft that you had to put two together to use. the room was in great need of repair and the air conditioner made funny noises all night. only one light worked. we had trouble getting towels, had to go get them ourselves. the only thing that was good was the firmness of the bed.

Nothing. Smelled bad, there was all kinds of dirty things on the walls.

It was too far away from our destination, the staff was not friendly...we did not stay at the hotel

Location. This place was nasty. Cobwebs in the corners and mold in the shower. I would never recommend this dump to anyone. I will probably never stay again.

Great accommodations for the price. Convenient to the Interstate. Easy to get to. Close to several restaurants.

The rooms where very nice. Nothing. The hotel was very nice and the people very friendly.

Nothing. Wireless unavailable in all rooms, not offered had to be asked for. Too close to highway, train tracks, bus depot. Lots of people wandering around parking lot. TV remote did not work, exchanged with another it did not work either. temperature in room very difficult to regulate. Continental breakfast was cheap looking, unappetizing. Night clerk unwilling to assist with our concerns. Did not ask if we needed certain accommodations or explain what options were available.

The staff was friendly. Peeled paint, dirty tub, musty smell, heating unit prompted on pieces of wood, bedcover dirty, dining room across the parking lot.

There weren't any bugs I didn't feel bad having my baby on the floor. No alarm clock. There was almost nothing there. I enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly. I wish there was an alarm clock or some clock. I was disappointed in the breakfast. I was told to look forward to a deluxe continental breakfast, but they only had cereal and one type of donut. No juice.

The coffee was good. The service was not good. I was not pleased with this hotel. My electric went off in my room about 3:00 in the morning. When I called the desk, they searched with no success to find the maintenance man. After about 15 minutes, the front desk called and said they would move me to another room. When I asked them to bring me the key, they said no. they would not and said I would have to come to the office and get it myself. I had to put my clothes on and go to the office myself and get the key. Then I had to move all my belongings to the new room, It was quite cold that night, and I had to sit in my new room with a winter coat on for over a half hour before the room warmed enough to go to bed. This ordeal took almost 2 hours, and I did not get back to sleep until almost 5:00 in the morning. I had to get up about 3 hours later and did not get enough sleep. After a long day, I returned the next night only to find I had been locked out of my new room. Once again, I had to return to the office to obtain a new room key. My television quit working that night; I could get no stations for several hours. I did not complain about that, because by then, I was thoroughly disgusted and ready to get away from this complex. I had the worst lodging experience I have ever had because of this facility, and will not stay at a Knights Inn again if I can help it. Needless to say, I will not recommend them to anyone.

Nothing. Dirty, splatter stained walls and doors. Filthy. I am certain if the local health department were to see the inside of a room at the Knight's Inn they would close it due to health hazards.
