This has to be the worst motel on the planet. When I told them the toilet was out of order, the desk clerk handed me a tiolet plunger and said if that don't work you will have to move to another room. We did. In that room only one electrical outlet worked. It only had two. The place in in desperate need of remodeling. It's a dump. They only came twice to make the beds and clean up in a seven day stay.

Can't feel safety in the room and that's HIDDEN CHARGES after my reservation.

The prices thatI was given where wrong. The hotel was dirty and the staff was rude and the fridge did not work either and the dryer made my clothes smell like burnt rubber.

Alarm clock was unplugged. TV did not work. Water dripping in the bathroom. Breakfast only consists of donuts, coffee and orange juice.

will never stay there again. over priced for the condition of the place. on their site showed $2.00 fee, at check in was told it was a $6.00 fee included phone in room that we did not use. contacted travel website at check in, was no help.

Nice place to stay but the shuttles only run once a day. It was a long day at Universal from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Nothing at all. Have nothing to say, waste my money and mood. Never use this one again. Hurt your reputation greatly.

Typical of an older motel. good value for money and suitable for families, but I would not have like to stay here for a week.

I am satisfied with the money spent for my hotel room, everything was excellent.

we had higher expectations from orbitz. this hotel was the oldest, dirtiest, least professional place I have evert stayed. hard beds with crunchy linnens, I put the do not disturb sign on my door and the staff walked right in anyway. for the money, I felt ripped off, and I travel about eight tim,es a year.

Excellent, very clean rooms and friendly staff.

This motel has seen its better days. It appears that the rooms have not been updated for many, and the management simply patches broken and worn out items enough to keep it operational. Our room was as clean as it could possibly be, but the television was busted, the sink faucet was extremely loose, and the AC ran constantly, even though the temperature outside was quite comfortable. I am not usually squeamish or overly critical of motels, but I did not sleep easy the night we spent there due to my concerns over the safety conditions of the motel. Due to the low price and two star rating, I'm guessing, the Knight's Inn Maingate was completely full the night we were there as well as the next night. I would summise motel management will not make any repairs or update as long as the rooms are filled. The location is great with a variety of restaurants and entertainment venues nearby, but unless you can overlook a rundown facility with potential safety hazards I recommend avoiding this motel.

Very convenient to Disney. The beds were very old and falling apart. This hotel is a cheap way to stay in the Disney area. The rooms are bare bones hotel at its finest.

Everything about the hotel was good, I enjoy my stay and would recommend it to my family and friends.

Sheets not clean. Shower had lots of hair around the drain, cockroaches (small) crawling around. Door didn't close nor lock correctly, we had to call maintenance, Cont. breakfast was a few donuts and coffee not a real Cont. breakfast. Hotel looked it's age and needs a new facelift.

The air conditioning was good. The staff was nice upon arrival and departure. The beds were ok, there was no remote for TV in room.

I enjoy my stay at Knight Inn Maingate West. The location is excellent, lots of restaurants, shopping and attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, well maintained, good customer service and lots of helpful staff.

The knights Inn Maingate was just right for the price. It was comfotable, right next to the parks and everyone was friendly. My family and I are going to be staying there again and would reccomend it to everyone.

Shuttle service to theme parks is good and punctual. It is very well located. The breakfast only consisted of mini donuts and coffee.
