Nothing. Everything. Room was filthy, I had to scrub the tub before my daughter could take a bath. Manager charged me extra $35 because there were 3 people in the room, my husband, myself and my 10 year old daughter.

Upon arrival I was given a key to a room that had a beat -up and barely working door. Once in the room was overwhelmed by a rancid odor and an unclean room. I immediately turned around and went back to the office and asked to speak with the manager and was told that I was speaking to the owner. After hearing my complaint I was told that the room was clean and under no circumstances was I going to get a refund. After politely asking for a refund was told hotel had no refund policy and tough luck. I then left and drove 2 1/2 hours back home.

Very friendly staff. Poor lighting in rooms, tub drains were very slow, smelled of insecticide. For a 1 star motel it was not bad. It was clean, but smelled of insecticide. No bugs though! Staff was very friendly. Location wasvery convenient.

I haven't stayed in a hotel in a long time, but I think it should have been a little better then what we got. We walked in the door and the smell hit us. Not sure what it was, air freshener maybe, but a smell you didn't want to smell all night. Thankfully there was a candle across the street so we could get an oil burner to help with the smell. The rug in the room was stained and dirty looking, we didn't even want to walk on it with our socks. Around the tv, there was alot of dust. It hadn't been dusted in awhile. The entry door had light shining through, not under. It was like someone had at one time tried to kick it in. The sheets looked clean, but there were two flat sheets instead of a flat and fitted and was half off before morning. The bed was not very comfortable either. The bathroom was pretty clean, except for one of our towels had a large stain on it. We chose to share a towel, because we weren't sure what the stain was. We will never stay there again.

Convenience to Lenox and tours & events we were attending. Room seemed clean with clean sheets, but had a Ladybug infestation. Then, we found a razor blade in the shower stall. We were not expecting great, but clean rooms with ample space and basic amenities. This motel has a good location to Lenox and attractions.

Very affordable rate, HOWEVER: the sink stopper was broken, the toilet needed two flushes each time and the shower control handle fell off the first time I went to use it! Continental breakfast: two cereals and frozen muffins. Phone in room had name of previous hotel on it and it appeared rather dingey. Quiet, clean room otherwise.

The room smelled, carpet didn't look clean, towels were not soft.

Close to the places to eat. The price and there was an odd odor in reception /desk area. air conditioner could not be controlled. Came for a wedding. Holiday so hard to find last minute hotel. Will not stay at this one if in area again.

The price was inexpensive. A large dead spider sat on our bathroom floor for 3 days anduncleaned. We got a smoking room--ok for the price, I guess. The windows had to be open 24/7 to make it bearable. The bathroom was barely adequate--a dead spider sat on our floor and was not cleaned for four days/three nights and there was mold visible in the shower and on the walls. After 3 nights in the room, all of our clothes had to be dry-cleaned to remove the permeating odor of stale smoke.

This was the best value for a summer weekend stay in Lenox, MA. When I arrived, I realized this was a clean, well-run hotel that may not have had some of the amenities most travelers are used to, but that also does not promise them. All things considered, this was a good value for my money.

Basic amenities. Room had musty odor/bathroom door didn't close tight.

Tha bathroom was dirty, the room had a chemical odor. I would never stay at this hotel. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair on the toilet and in the tub. There was a chemical oder in the room that stung my eyes and a strong odor in the lobby.

The were flexible with checkin/checkout times. I had to request cleaning for the room and reception was very short with me on the phone. The mattress was uncomfortable, there weren't enough pillows and I had to request for the room to be cleaned (and had to pick a time convenient for them). Also, there is no pool that I could find.

Good value and competent service. Small breakfast area. I would suggest that my friends and relatives stay here.

Good location. Pet friendly room smelled grossly. I would not even allow my dog to remain in it. Management was not even apologetic. This reeked of cigarette smoke.

Convenience to location I was visiting. Continental breakfast begins too late and no hot water for tea. Value for the money and bed was clean.

Location and friendly staff. The room was adequate for four. The continental breakfast could be better. Location was good.
