My husband us preaching near by. I pray that they sprayed for bugs and that they have really cleaned and have heat. I am a little concern about the misleading of the amenities and the don't care attitude at night. I pray now that it will be better. However I will let you know. Meanwhile I will be looking as we drive for a better hotel.

Great location for DC because we were able to park at the DC Metro Greenbelt station and hop on the convenient Metro. No parking worries.

It's the basic setting and clean. The hotel is OK and met our needs just to sleep for an overnight stay.

I stayed here for an extended research trip. My room was clean (including the bathroom) and included a large mini-refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel also offered free high speed internet and had a laundry room for guests. I had several packages delivered to the front desk and all the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel's location is convenient, it is right off the BALT/WASH Parkway, and within 20 minutes of a Metro stop near the University of Maryland, College Park (20 minutes away, free parking garage). There are several grocery stores nearby (Walmart and a Weiss'). I found the location to be reasonably safe, and I will stay here again when I come back for another trip. It is not fancy, but was a good value for the room price.

My experience was okay. The hairdryer didn't work, which was a bit of a problem. I noticed it in the list of amenities and didn't bring my own along. Luckily, I didn't have a reaaaaalyyy bad hair day after all. lol

Free WiFi was great! TV and service was great! A little far away from my main destination, but it was worth it. Plenty of places to eat in the area and my room came with a microwave and mini fridge! Wonderful room!

Beds were like cement slabs with sheets and mattress pad that didn't fit and crumpled up while sleeping. No microwave in the room as advertised. No alarm clock, and the wake-up call was over an hour past due. Small items came up missing like hair and tooth brushes, jar of lotion, hair spray, and after returning home I discovered jewelry missing. The room was not real clean and seemed to be in disrepair.

This hotel was okay for one night in a pinch. The day staffperson was excellent, warm and welcoming. The night staffperson needs to consider a career change. The lobby office was horrible, the bathrooms in the lobby were out of order. The staff allowed other staff to smoke in the waiting area. Upon checking out I came out smelling like I had been in a bar all night. The first room we were in was clean though small. There was no heat however and we were moved to another room. The heater, when engaged, had an overwhelming smell of something burning and the odor and fumes remained. They would not move us. We ended up not using the heat that night. The area around the hotel seemed to be a fairly nice neighboorhood but the property did not look nice at all. The grounds and the buildings could use an upgrade and fresh paint. There were suspicious looking people just kind of hanging out in the parking lot and in front of some of the rooms which made us feel uncomfortable. The cable tv selctions were very different from room one to room two as was the reception. In room two the reception and clarity of the tv was much better but the cable selections were more limited. Overall, I will not be going back there and do not think I can recommend the location. The day staff person and clean bathroom was really the only saving grace.

The room was dark to sleep, had a fridge and a microwave. Internet was down. It was close to McDonald. The room was dark at night. It had a fridge and a microwave.

Though the room was clean enough, the bathroom could use an good cleaning and upgrade.

Close to area I was visiting. No clock radio. I was a little concerned when I registered and saw a fellow sleeping on the couch in the lobby and a "Lady of the Night" walking in the courtyard, and the police cruiser with flashing lights in the driveway. The room was newly redone, the cleaning agent was overpowering, and missing was a clock radio/alarm. But you did have a "fridge". Having a concealed weapons permit I was not that concerned. Overall, for the price, not bad for a one knighted...

Good location for where I was working. Could use better pillows. Good hotel for where I work. Price was a little much. I stay here every time I work in this area.

Bathtub was dirty. This is a basic, no frills hotel. Staff was friendly and fast. The place was clean. There was even a mini-fridge!
