We were going to be arriving late, so we tried to call them to let them know throughout the evening, no one ever answered the phone. So when we finally arrived, the Front Desk, gave us our room key and said he'd cancel our housekeeping since we got in so late, which was nice. The next day, my boyfriend went to the front desk to ask for a few more towels for the next morning, and the desk clerk acted as if we had no right to ask for more towels since he had canceled our housekeeping. The hotel wasn't terrible, service could've been a little better.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Check quick and easy as was checking out. Room was clean and comfortable. There is easy access to the interstate type highway and to the city of Kitchener streets.

The Knights Inn has changed so much since our last visit. The new owners have completly renovated this motel. With new washrooms new beds and landscaping. It actually looks like a decent. We sure did get more then what we paid for. My family and I had a wonderful stay and would do it again any day

It met expectations for the price. no amenities older rooms shady guy at the front desk just needed a place for the night All other rooms sold out

How accessible it was to the expressway. The carpets were black with soot. Overall, I'd say it would be fine for a single, male business traveler. It's not the kind of place I would suggest to a single woman or a family.

Very negative experience. Owner was extremely rude and uncooperative. Room not clean. Owner was rude, insulting and very difficult to deal with. Although this room was priced low, I feel that due to the attitude and the cleanliness of the room, it was over priced. I would not recommend this motel. There was no need of the owner to be so difficult.

Pretty cheap adequate place. Kind of funky 70 feel to the place, noisy heater/air conditioner. Decent enough for the money. Close to restaurants. Easy to find from the highway. Some effort has been made to update the place. Old phony wood paneling on the walls. Bed was ok but the mattress was kind of a cheapie. You could feel the springs a bit.

Easy to wall to nearby restaurants. No alarm clock to wake up with! Room was okay. Bathroom was newly remolded and nice. No alarm clock but did have internet connection but didn't need that. New address due to new road configuration. Took 45 minutes to find it as we had the wrong address that is posted on the web! And this was at 8:30 at night! Overall not a bad place if you are only pit stopping. Manager was very nice and helpful.

Staff is trying hard. Unclean, homeless sleeping in park at entrance, Got me a minimum rate room at $82. Hotel had 'Queen Jacuzzi Suite $65' on their sign. Room had massive hot plate burn on carpet, in room refrigerator leaked carpet soaked. Smoking Room had burnt spots on everything and 0 ashtrays. No wastebaskets. Homeless hanging out on corner to sleep in wooded area across from entrance. NASTY place to stay at any price. Clean linens.
