It's conveniently located near restaurants, malls, etc. There's this not so friendly guy at the frontdesk/reception.

Doesn't deserve 1 star. Rude clerks, no requested wake-up calls, poorly kept rooms, pitiful breakfast (packaged honeybun, mini pecan pie, coffee, juice dispenser didn't work properly.) Clerks spend more time on their laptops in lobby than providing any kind of customer service. Called to warn us though that check-out was at 11:00! Never felt so unwelcome! Give us your money and get out mentality!

The room was clean and the A/C and TV worked great. The lights in the room were quite dim. Location was a little "iffy." For the price this was fine if you are on business. It is convenient to a lot of places, including major shopping areas. The room was clean, serviced daily, the TV was big, clear, and had more cable channels than many others I have seen. The A/C was very cold and efficient. For the price it was great.

There was nothing about this place that we liked. We were treated very poorly. The staff was very rude. Our television did not work and when we asked for it to be fixed, they became very upset. This hotel was terrible. I will never ever stay not just at this hotel, but I will never again stay at a knight¿s inn. The staff was very rude. Our television did not work. The bed had stains on it. There was hair in the bathtub. The room had a lot of dust and cobwebs. We couldn't make ourselves stay all night there. We checked in at 5 p.m. And left by 8 p.m. It was just gross and the staff made no attempt to reconcile our complaints.
