Magic Springs is just down the road. We had no hot water for the three days that we were there. We will not stay @ this hotel again.

It was cheap. The continental breakfast was severely lacking. The beds were okay. The breakfast was minimal, muffins, one kind of cereal, toast, coffee with powdered creamer. They could do better.

Not real impressed with this property. Rooms OK. Breakfast poor. Only had coffee, nothing else appealed. Reviews on [other website] were much better than actual. Not great location but not real bad either.

The room was nasty and unkept, although the sheets were clean, the rest of the room needs LOTS of remodeling and exterminated often. Was unsatified and I will Never return to that hotel!

I wish they would have offered Breakfast.

TheAC units had mold in it. The rooms stunk and there was trash under the sides of the beds. I would not recommend staying here theAC units had mold the rooms were not clean. The front desk personnel said there was not anything they could do about it. I was not a pleasant stay. The rooms had a bad smell about them. I was afraid to lay on the bed and I could not let my kids down without their shoes on. It is bad. Beware!

Room was nasty. Smoke free room reaked of smoke. Stained sheets. Unclean throughout. Save your money.

This is a nice open hotel with large rooms. Great place to stay for the night. Had a nice pool area. too bad it was not the pool season.

The Location. The overbooking of the hotel. The hotel was overbooked which made one of the rooms a twin bed instead of a single king. Still awesome location.

we called around 11am on 7-5-08 to see if any rooms were ready as we had arrived at hot springs early. i mention that we needed a ground floor as my husband was handicapped. the lady at the front desk changed our room from upstairs to down. she was on day shift and the gentleman who checked me in around 3pm were very nice and cooperative. we enjoy staying at knights inn and will again.

Dirty tub, no response from desk, no ashtrays in a smoking room, no ice bucket. The motel was close to Magic Springs Amusement Park, but we were there for the Hot Springs and baths. There was dirt in the tub, we called the desk and they sent no one to clean it. There were no ashtrays in a smoking room, no ice bucket. The desk double booked our room and the new "tenants" walked right into our room with key in hand." Surprise!".

even though it lised all the resturants on property, there are no places to eat within walking distance, closest is 3 miles on interstate, best feature is CLEAN POOL, AND UPSTAIRS ROOMS HAVE BALCANIES, THERE ARE NO HAIR DRYERS LIKE STATED, SO I DID NOT PACK MINE, AND THERE ARE NO CLOCK RADIOS, THERE WERE MINI FRIGS

Everything was okay except there were large water roaches in my bathroom and bugs in my tub. Due to this fact, I will not stay at Knights Inn again. Bugs and I just don't go together. I saw roaches on the sidewalk outside my door also. They were the large water roaches. I hate bugs of any kind, especially when they invade my space!

Nothing. Everything. The customer service, the willingness to help and provide a great stay didn't happen.
Date of Stay:

We were very impressed by the room. The breakfast was awful though, and one of the two mornings that we stayed there no breakfast was provided because the attendant locked himself out of the lobby.

The Knights Inn Hot Springs was very roomy for the price. It was an excellent value.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. I was not comfortable staying there as a single female. Not the type of property where I usually stay. The staff was great, the room was clean and neat but out dated.
Date of Stay:
July, 2007
this place did not have a remote control, hairdryer, or chain on door, no iron, breakfast was terrible. Coffee was only good thing no resturante.
Date of Stay:
January, 2008
It was very quiet. The facilities, although clean, were rather shabby. This hotel was ok for the price. It is older, but has been kept up. By that I mean everything was painted and patched. I was looking for cheap and clean. There was plenty of hot water, but a new shower head would have been good. It was off season, so it was easy to get extra towels from the front desk. The linens were clean, but had cigarette burns and the king-size bed was very uncomfortable.
