This particular hotel was run down and the parking lot was like a pot hole pit. The run smelled unclean and the floor was sticky and even had carpeting. The bed did not have a mattress pad. The TV was missing on/off buttons. I felt very unsafe. The room had not been dusted in a few months and there was spilled something in the fridge. I will never stay again at one of these hotels.

Good parking. Very few towels and mattress felt like a box spring. I would not recommend this hotel. Outside under construction and very unattractive.

The service was great. The clerks at the front desk were really helpful and kind.

TV channels. Cleanliness of room. Okay for the needs of a couple hours of sleep between meetings. Just needed a little better upkeep of the facilities.

The room I had was totally filthy, I couldn't even sleep under the covers, instead I slept on top of the bed. Horribly dirty bathroom.

The Knights Inn Grand Blanc was very affordable. No frills but you do get your bed, TV, cable, bathroom, and what I need for my limited time spent each night. My only real complaint is the toilet was very dirty under the rim and at the base. It's something housekeeping has been skipping for a while I'd say. Everything else seems clean.

Room was warm and easy access. Old and outdated furnishings. Would not recommend.

The door was filled with what looked like bullet or buckshot holes. Our non-smoking room stunk. Cigarette burn holes in the carpet, sheets, blanket and bedspread. The sheets had dried blood stains on them. The blanket was balled up and the binding was in tatters. The bed frame was screwed together 2x6s that squeaked constantly and the mattress had springs sticking out. The candy bar from the vending machine in the lobby was moldy.

Knights Inn appears to be family owned & operated. Manager took the time to stop by our room to ask if everything was ok, and to welcome us. Room was clean, linen well stocked and the bed very comfortable. The mini fridge, micro wave and coffee pot were very convenient. Plan on staying there this fall when we make a return trip.

It was the most dirty, miserable hotel I have ever seen. There was tobacco spit all over the walls and everything was broken. What a rip off. This was the most dirty, miserable hotel I have ever seen. There was tobacco spit all over the walls and everything was broken.

Not clean and low on supplies. Staff was ok but cleaning staff needs to be taught how to clean a room, dirt in corners and on the floors daily.

Nothing. Dirty, cold, smelling, sheets were nasty with cigarette burns. I will never stay in this hotel again. I will avoid selecting Knights Inn ever again. This was a terrible waste of money and I am thoroughly disappointed. The carpets were not vacuumed.
