We walked in the room, put our suitcases down... 2 minutes later, walked next door to the Ramada and paid an extra $12 per night for a fabulous hotel.

A very bad hotel in a dangerous part of town. At least thirty years past it's prime, ill maintained and in the scariest neighborhood. I abandoned it after one night and felt lucky to get out of there with my life and property intact.

We chose this hotel for my wife and daughter due to the proximity to local attractions and the price was really competitive. Upon arrival, my wife found out why - had the hotel stay been free, it would have been too much! Here's what she found in the room: Urine behind and around the toilet; tub filthy; toilet cracked with sharp edges showing; couldn't find the shower control; dirt on the carpets; burn holes in the comforter that lined up with holes in the sheets (were they even changed??!??!); floor in bathroom was sticky; tub floor seal missing with exposed wood; beds were half made; no clock and no amenities; no trash can; and the back door didn't lock (there was a bar to wrestle with though). The ONLY thing decent was the staff. They were adequate - although I had sent my information to pay the bill in advance and they didn't have it. My complaints to Knight's Inn fell on deaf ears and I never rec'd feedback on their findings. They offered a voucher for * off my next stay (50%) - I opted for a check instead. I told them they should be willing to guarantee their rooms at 100%, but their policy is 50%. We even contacted the Denver Health Department - not sure of the outcome there either. Stay clear of this hotel - or you'll be sorry you made the wrong choice!

A very unpleasant experience. It looked like someone had pried the window open, which made it impossible to secure the window. The rug was worn and was frayed near the walls. The sink drained slow and there was little hot water. Will not be staying at Knights Inn again.

Close to Invesco field. Very dirty, bedding didn't look clean and itsmelled bad. We looked at four different rooms and none of them were clean enough to stay in. They smelled bad and the bedding looked as though it hadn't been washed in years. I did't even want to sit down on the bed. Oh yeah, the bathroom was horrible.

The Knights Inn was small and accommodating, however the upkeep wasn't all that great. The Tub was clogged and the toilet somewhat askew, and the heater only had 1 position for heat, and the phone didn't even work. We were only there for a night so it wasn't much to complain about. The bed was comfortable however, and I did sleep well. I guess I wouldn't mind staying there again, just maybe not get that particular room. At least its close to downtown and the theme park.

It was close to the train station which was important. The locks were broken on one room's door. The upkeep was not good. The staff was helpful and friendly, but our rooms were substandard. One bed had a serious dip to the middle. I slept uphill. Some of the shower wall was pulling away from the wall. Also, the parking was not a real convenience because there were no windows on the side of our rooms where our vehicle was parked, although the area was quite well lit.

This motel has seen better days. The rooms smelled, there was a cigarette hole in the blanket, no remote control, the furniture was old and scratched up, the ceiling was pealing in the bathroom, plus other things. The only saving grace was that it was only for one night. If I had known how decrepid it was, I would have paid more for a better place.

This was absolutely the worst ever hotel, it was so bad we didn't stay there. The outside is really run down, the sidewalks were not swept or clean. Beer bottles and trash could be seen. And the absolute worst thing was the fact that they gave us keys to a room that was already occupied by someone else. Needless to say we did not stay here and would never recommend this to anyone.

the staff was friendly, but had no knowledge of surrounding area. the room was disgusting, it smelled, was gross, dirty, there was no knob on the bathroom door, the shower was in very poor condition, the dead bolt didn't even have a hole for it, the pool was closed and the breakfast didn't have any juice, milk, just sweetrolls (ok ones) and coffee

When we arrived we had to wait for someone to check us in. The room had a broken bed and the bathroom was very dirty. The shower rod was so far into the shower that you almost couldn't shower with the curtain closed. There was only one towel in our room and when we asked at the front desk for another one they told us they were probably out but they did manage to find one. Overall, very expensive for what you get.
