The hotel was very clean and great view of Galax and the mountain area. Room was spacious and nice, not to mention close to downtown. Only negative thing to say was that the pool was closed. Just because it says there is a pool, doesn't mean that there is water in it. Breakfast is nothing more than store bought doughnuts, but I had no issue with that. I'd stay again if in the area.

Was clean and comfortable. Did not have an alarm clock. Nice clean hotel room with convenient parking and helpful staff.

No bugs. Nice and friendly. Bird poo on porch. Bed was very hard. The breakfast was only donut's that were bought at a convenience store and coffee. Cereal was in plastic containers. No milk was out for cereal. No other food was offered that I saw so that part was very misleading. I would stay here again for the same price.

This hotel was so dirty my son developed 6 ringworms and there was a huge water bug in our room. We checked out of there after the first night and stayed some where else for the rest of our trip. The only good thing was the staff understood why we decided to check out early and they refunded me for the nights that we didn't stay.

Clean and neat. Room smelled like cigarettes. Requested a non smoking room, room smelled like cigarette smoke. Told desk clerk he said it's a non smoking room but someone might have been smoking there?

bad service, dirty rooms, trash cans by the door. cleaning rags on sidewalk. broken furniture on sidewalk beer cans dirty bed dirty floors dirty everything. and ALSO BUGS ALL OVER IN THE ROOM AND WALKWAY AREA. I NEED MY MONEY BACK.please...................

Very clean. No sign to see if coming from the west. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant, the rooms were clean, would suggest some sort of sign that can be seen on the main road if approaching the hotel from the west. The entrance from the east is clearly marked, and you can see the hotel, but from the west you miss it.

room full of bugs. had to leave. do not even consider staying here unless you want to stay up all night watching for crawling bugs. had to leave and go stay somewhere else.
