I debated whether to do this but I think it is only fair to all. The room was disgusting. Bathroom full of mold and mildew, sheets stained, vomit on wall, holes on wall etc !!!!! We arrived there on a Friday night and by Saturday we left and went to another place even though we had allready paid. PS I knew we could not expect to be staying at the Hyatt because of the price but you do expect cleanliness and maintenance.

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms. Staff are foreign, but I had no trouble understanding them and found them to be very helpful and friendly, even giving us directions to anywhere we needed to go or wanted to see.

Hotel room was not clean. Found dead bugs throughout room, the toliet leaked, and there was not any hot water. However, was in good location near major highway.

Linens not clean, blankets soiled, bathroom filthy and mildewed, shower curtain very used and filthy. Room smelled stale, AC inadaquate to cool room, smoke detector beeped all night.

If all you want is a place to put your head down for the night, this would be the place. Building is somewhat run down and the room was dingy. It was quiet and restful even with the hotel full. It is close to the Homestead-Miami Speedway which was good for me since I was racing there that weekend. If I was spending more time in my room, I would have spent more money for a nicer place. Since I was racing, I was tired by the time I got back and all I wanted was a shower and a bed. Place was fine for that.

Low cost, safe. A/C unit noisy This room was much cleaner than the room we were in last month. However, it is for the person who is not interested in something other than just a place to sleep.

the rooms were dirty, you could not even pick up the phone it was so filthy there were dead roachs all over the dresser and in the bathroom would not even use the shower

The basic needs are met, bed, bathroom, a locking door. Mold or fungus on the bathroom walls. If you need a place to sleep and shower, this will meet your needs. If you want more than that, don't look at the cheapest place you can find.

The rates are reasonable. The room was clean, but the blanket was soiled. Sheets, pillows, and towels okay. The bathroom was old and needed cleaning. Evidence of mildew in tiles. Microwave and refrigerator was nice to have and the T.V. was very good. The Continental breakfast needs upgrading - it is very sparse."

Convenient location. Bathroom sink and tub stoppers were removed so I could not rinse/wash clothes or take a bath. Convenient location to shopping/restaurants/freeways.

Nothing! Everything! It was dirty, over priced, cleaning people just tried to walk into your room without knocking, Scared the hell out of my youngest child. The room was nasty, walls had something all over them the bathroom was nasty toilet seat was gross 5-10 dollars for a new one come on people, window in bathroom had about an inch thick if not more of dirt in corners water went from perfect temp to ice cold to instant boiling hot my kids couldn't even take a shower there mold on chairs and table's legs rugs were all stained soap scum on sink I have pictures if you would like to see.

Wireless internet and good location for Key West and Walmart.

Good location. Close to everglade National park. Not clean. Staff not helpful, not friendly. We called beforehand about our late check-in time (2:00am) and were told somebody would be waiting for us. But when we arrived, we had to wait outside for about 10 minutes before somebody showed up and opened the door. He called somebody to confirm that we paid for the room. The check-in process took about 20 minutes. The room was not clean. And staff was not friendly. But the location is good. Close to highway. Close to everglade National park.

Much better service than the budget in Florida city. Both Indian owners, but friendlier here. Had to pay 50 cents to make a phone call. Everything was fine.

It was right off the turnpike. The building it's self is very run down there is really no lobby. If you just need a place to sleep for the night in a travel then this is your place it's right by the turnpike and US1. I would not put my whole vacation there.
