My husband was traveling and needed to make an unscheduled stop in Flagstaff for the night. From home, I tried to make a reservation for this hotel with reservetravel, but the website must have been having problems. I gave my husband the rate information (29.99) I got from the website so he could just go in and check in himself. He said the woman at the desk was quite rude and refused to honor the rate. She said the price was $39.99. As he turned to leave, she tried to bring the price down another $5.00, but he wanted the price from the internet. She again refused. He said the place smelled terrible, did not look clean and was very poorly lit. Pass this one by!

Electrical outlet did not work, which caused problems for my Aunt who uses a machine to breath, Charged me $49, for first night, and then finally $140, for 2 nights, and I had to call the police to get even $80 refunded, and we moved across the street to stay at Drury Inn. Was definitely not worth the savings we "thought" we were getting. I have a video clip of the owner refusing to refund my money, and the e-mail address of a fellow traveler who also asked for a refund once they saw their room. One of most sad memories, was the maid, "Lupe", who was working when we arrived at 10am (we were looking at the interior of rooms in the area), and she was still sweeping outside of the rooms at 9pm that evening.

Price was good, and rooms were clean. Room and bathroom were small. I think the room was a good value, staff friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out was a breeze.

WE booked 2 rooms at this place the night of the 4th of November . A friend was arriving on a late bus. We booked through an online travel website and payed in advance. For the price, they were ok. When we checked out I mentioned a couple " Maintenance issues" that needed tending to, one being a toilet seat so loose as to be about to fall off. Fast forward to last night, we again stayed at this place. As chance would have it the same room. The toilet seat is still ready to fall off and there were burnt matches on the window sill, a cigerette left on the linen shelf and something white on the carpet and beside the toilet. When we got home today I checked our account online. What to my amazement do I find when checking our vacation expences that have cleared but NOT ONE BUT TWO (2) charges for the rooms the 4th of November. One from the online travel website and another 3 days later by the HOTEL. Luckily our friend who paid for the room last night paid in cash. There are much better and nicer places in a 3 block radius around this turist trap. Also their " breakfast" consists of Coffee that tastes and skells like old dish water and mini-donuts that look like they have already been eaten once

Clean and easy checking in and out. Small pillows. Other than what I wrote before, the hotel was nice, most important it was clean.

The hotel which according to the pictures and description was a Knights Inn was actually an so run down hotel that they were trying to convert into a Knights Inn. The hotel lobby was dirty and smelled a little funny. The woman at the counter was rude when I tried to check in because it was before 3 pm. Then when I came back after 3 pm she had a little more attitude towards me. When I asked about the internet access it claimed to have on the website, she told me that it wasn't installed yet. Once I got to the room I walked in and the carpet was a little dirty, the shower had rust stains, and the shower head looked like it belonged on the end of a hose. As for the main room there was no alarm clock and the remote for the tv worked most of the time. All in all this was a very disatisfying stay. I have stayed in hotels across the country and by far this was the worst.

Great location. Great location but the service was poor. Our room was still being cleaned, though we where checked in by the front desk. The front desk personnel where unprofessional in that they live there and make you feel like you are interrupting their TV show.
