Good location, but room was smelly.Clean though. Maybe A/C was off for the full hot day. No great breakfast.

Nothing. Run down, bars on the windows, not safe to stay at! The worst hotel I've ever experienced. I've stayed at a lot of Hotels, but I couldn't stay at this one. I didn't feel safe for myself, husband or my car left outside my room. The room was run down, old and stank! Stay away from this one! I didn't speak to Management to fix the problem. I was only supposed to be there one night and this place would have taken at least six months to clean up the outside of the buildings.

First off I will say that the price was very low which was our primary goal on this trip. However, you get what you pay for. The heater made a loud noise. There was no alarm clock. The toilet ran constantly. The bathroom faucet leaked. Most of the furniture was broke. It had a funny smell. The guy at the front desk did not speak or understand English very well. The TV didn't work right. Luckily we didn't need to spend much time at the hotel on this trip. The location was good for where we needed to go, but we were uncertain as to how safe the area was. There was definitely nothing nice about the place. It wasn't overly awful - no horror stories to report or anything. We definitely would not stay there again though.

Happy because it was the cheapest hotel I could find based on it being the Indy 500 weekend. But basically a very bottom of the line hotel.

Clean rooms, polite friendly staff, well lit & well kept parking lot. I stumbled upon this hotel chain when planning my business trip to Novi, MI. I was surprised at how nice the rooms are. For what you get, it's comparable to Days Inn or Best Western. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and polite and is more than willing to help if something's wrong (like if your tv remote doesn't work, or your key card is wonky). The parking lot is well lit and well kept. I definitely recommend this to any self-employed business traveler looking for a clean room and a good nights rest.

dirty carpet, no such thing as non-smoking room, pool was dirty, and loud people knocked on our door twice through the night; unsolicited phone calls in the middle of the night every night.

The age of the hotel was the only thing that was bad. It needed maintaince to be done desperately. Mold in the bathroom. Tub stopper not working. Shower head falling out of wall. Carpet and bed sheets need replaced. The wireless was non-existent in the room. I stayed because it was payed for and was only a place to lay my head. If I would have had my family not only would I have demanded a refund I would have had to move to a different motel.

Price. No coffeemaker or microwave. Also phoned for a wake up call, but no one answered, I overslept and was late.

This was by far the most nasty hotel I have ever stayed in, it was dirty, the matress had stains all over it, I don't even want to know of what.....there were fleas in the room b/c the hotel allows pets, I did not know this at the time, the floors were disgusting, the whole room stunk of wet dog and steal cigarette smoke, the covers were flithy and all had cigarette burns in them, I even stepped on what appeared to by part of a broken crack or meth type pipe that was wedged almost under the bed. I will never stay here again, the staff was friendly but there hotel needs ALOT ALOT ALOT of work.

The Knight's Inn Indianapolis East turned out to be all that I wanted, nothing more and nothing less. This facility's location (just off I-70) made it a good bargain for someone who needed a shower and some sleep in between two long days of driving from central NJ to east-central KS. As a man travelling without his spouse, this inn filled a specific need, but I'm not so sure that my wife would have been delighted with the overall comfort, cleanliness, and amenities

Location. Dirty. Would never stay at the hotel ever again. My air conditioner broke and management would not change my room - I was told keep my door closed (it had been for the last 6 hours). Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I travel over 200 days per year. Should be condemned.

This is by far the most disgusting hotel rooms I have ever stayed in!! Dirty, dirty, dirty!!! Flea ridden, smelly, just generally un-clean! My blankets had cigarette burns in them, sheets were wrong size for bed, matress and couch stained and filty!! The room it self smelled awful! I was itching the whole time because of the fleas! I was distrbued all night by loud activity in the parking lot, the staff did nothing!!!!! I was very un-happy with my stay here, will never never ever stay again!!

When we first walked in the room, the carpets were stained with white droppings so I was afraid to take off my shoes, then we turned on the air conditioner, I grabbed the maroon curtain to put it on top of the curtain rod to allow more air flow. Dead flies on the shelf above the clothes rod and the shower was nasty! Wouldn?t have even stepped in it! To say the least, I slept on top of the bedspread for fear of catching something underneath the sheets! I will NEVER stay in this hotel again! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!

Cheap. Gave me key to someone else's room. Desk help was short with other customers who were in the right. Very low budget. Needs basic maintenance and cleaning.

Our hotel was extrememly dirty, stains in the bathtub, dirty curtains, etc. The hotel was okay for what we paid for, but we didn't feel safe there. You should not stay at this hotel unless there is a guy with you. Two single 21 year old girls stayed there and didn't sleep well at all because they didn't feel safe. Disturbances at 4am.

Located right off the highway and lots of restaurants nearby. The room was ok.

Nothing. I did not like anything about this hotel. The lobby was scary looking. The room looked like they hadn't done anything to it since the 50's. When I arrived, I just took a shower (because it was 97 degrees outside) and left.

The Knights Inn Indianapolis was a nightmare experience for me and my daughter! We were so excited to go see the race but when we check in at the hotel we had to cool off our engine. When we want to our room my daughter did not want to get out the car; the rooms beside ours had the doors open and people going in and out people screaming looks like a big party going on (the wrong kind of party ...), we went back to the lobby and ask for a different room, he said trere was none available, i told him that i could't stay so he gave me finally another room. We try to go sleep and people outside was screeming yelling knocking on the door and running away, finally the next morning i check out out and i went close by hotel for the rest of my stay!!! That hotel deserve a ZERO star

The hotel was smelly, the furniture in the room was dirty, the room was dingy and the dresser and walls had chipped paint. I was very dissatisfied with my accommodations. I thought the rating I picked was equivalent to perhaps a Motel 6 or Days Inn environment, it was not. The continental breakfast was horrible; the room did not appear to be up to standards. I went to the room as late as possible to avoid spending any time in it .I truly tried to find another hotel in that area for the evening, but due to having paid for this room, and the availability of other hotels within our price range, we stayed on. We did however; find a Motel 6 in the area whose accommodations were much more to our liking, as well as the Quality Inn across the street from the Knights Inn.

It was located on the west side of town easily accessed by the interstate highway. Hair on the bed sheets, the bullet proof glass in the lobby, the room looked like it was put together with used building materials, it felt grimy. As they say, you get what you pay for, and in this case, I think I overpaid. First and last time with a Knights Hotel. The place spent more on the exterior than on the interior. The pile of rotting mattresses I passed to get to the room was an especially nice touch.
