When I first pulled into the parking lot I was furious, thinking this COULD NOT be the correct hotel, but sure enough it was.The photos are very decieving. I was scared, literally. The building looked like it was falling apart and it was in a horrible neighborhood. I found out from the cab driver it was where the drug dealers hung out and did business and there was fighting in the back parking lot. I asked the manager if I could cancel and he said no I would have to talk to Orbitz. It was horrible, by far the WORST place I've ever stayed.

Its location and accessibility to downtown. Very outdated, unwashed bedding, smells.

The ""rough"" part of town was about 2 blocks away. Cops were called to the hotel. Not a good environment for children.

The worst Hotel i had ever seen!

No. Fleabag hotel. I refused to stay there. The rooms were horrid and I refused to stay there. The advertised price on the sign outside the hotel was the same as I was getting from Priceline.

I could not get anyone to answer the phone. The customer service department for the hotel chain said I had to check in by 1pm. I contact the hotel to make arrangements for a late check in. I called multiple times the night before and the check in date. No one at the hotel would answer the phone. The Knight's Inn customer service told me that the check in time was at 1pm. They did not know how late the hotel office was open. My travel schedule could not accommodate a 1pm check in, for that reason, I did not stay at this hotel.

For the price the room and Hotel was not bad. There is a pool that looked nice, but we did not use it. Took a cab to downtown Nashville for a small fare. The neighboorhood is not safe. The hotel did provide a 24 hour security service in the hotel parking lot and it was well lit, but we felt uneasy after dark. Also, on our return from downtown the cab driver would not drop us off in the gas station parking lot that is directly next to the front office because he said it wasn't safe. The Cabby was from Somalia...

There was nothing good about this hotel! This hotel was in a bad neighborhood and we did not feel safe.

When I called the hotel that day to tell them we would be late the front desk clerk(That I couldn't understand well) was rude and hung up without saying goodbye. When we first pulled in to the hotel a drunk man approached my car with his hand in his back pocket. That same man also tracked us to our room and walked by it twice within a matter of seconds, staring into our room when we were trying to get ready to go out.We hurried up and decided to walk downtown since it wasnt as dark yet. We ended being so scared from the bad area that we flagged a cab halfway. When we returned to hotel the security guard escorted us to our room (Because we requested it earlier and he was waiting for us) and informed us that it was great that we werent here earlier because a 17 year old girl pulled a knife on her father because he wouldnt give her the keys to the car. My friend and I went to our hotel room, packed our stuff, and checked out at 2 a.m. and headed home, which was about an hour away. What was trying to be safe so we didnt drink and drive home turned into a disaster. I wouldnt even recommend this hotel to strong men because it seems that anything can happen.

Staff was very accommodating; room was very clean. It was a little noisy at night because of train tracks behind it.

The hotel was in a great location to downtown Nashville. It was not as bad as I thought it would be. This hotel is not the best but for the cost it was worth it. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place just to lay your head. I would not recommend to a family where the hotel is main focus of your vacation!!!

Nothing. Everything. This hotel is a dump. Disgraceful.

This hotel was ok. When we went to take a shower, the pressure was WAAAAAY too strong, enough to peel an orange at least!! =) It took two calls and about 30 mins to get it looked at/fixed during which time the OWNER himself (an alleged Navy Seal/ ex-cop, supposedly...) told us this was not the BEST neighborhood and to watch for weirdos, but we did find it close to the action of downtown; it was NOT close enough to walk safely, but close enough for convenience sake, yet easy to get lost, even within a 1/2 mile of downtown. We did not run into any serious problems (thugs, crackheads, crazy people, loud noises, etc) and there was security on premisis. The room was lackluster, but then again, we were just using it to sleep and were gone the majority of the time and it was really cheap. It's a non-smoking building even though Orbitz has it listed as having smoking rooms, there are not any and they have a GREAT fire prevention system so no worries about that; I was told the fire system can basically flood the room that is on fire and not touch the others around it. The continental breakfast it boasts was cornflakes and toast (but those were tasty...) alongside some Tang and some coffee and tea. Like I said, it was ok if you're just looking for a place to lay your head-- although the owner mentioned drug addicts and transgender prostitutes, are among the clientele (sp?); however, we did not personally see any suspicious activity. All the other guests we saw seemed like nice people who were as clueless about the hotel/area as we were. There weren't any people that seemed out of place/ scary. The good thing is it's REALLY close to the interstate and downtown area. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place. If you're looking for a place to lay your head for cheap, this is it. I'd advise not to stay here alone, you know, just in case, since it's not the Hilton; your party should be 2+ and probably not for people with children. The pictures make it look more luxurious t

The Hotel was a plain Motel, no extras, comfortable but no more. Good enough to spend a couple of nights for the cost. No problems in or out.

Knights Inn is close to LP field for the Titans game. In fact, they were parking there for the game. The room was OK but carpet and beds need to be updated. If going to a game at LP field not a bad place for a over night

Free wireless internet. Needs renovation. The common areas are not very nice and some smell like smoke. Our room was spacious, but everything in it was old.

This hotel was as expected... not very clean, hotel staff decent but not overly helpful, room was okay, door didn't shut. However, we were there for a concert and it is VERY close to the Titans stadium. Parking was 15 bucks about 2 blocks up. So if you're going to a concert or football game and only staying a night, I would probably recommend it.
