Stayed here while attending nearby Air Force Veterans Convention. The staff was very professional and kind - very clean and comfortable for the price -great experience and would highly recommend!

I loved the friendly staff at the front desk. This hotel was great for the money and the rooms were clean and taken care of. The room seemed older but was still maintained very well.

My family (5 rooms) stayed at this hotel. All of the rooms smelled of mold & mildew (mold on all walls) and our room did not lock, which they never fixed during our 2 nights there even though we complained when we first arrived. We ended up storing our luggage in another family members room when we left the premises. When checking out the best the manager could do at check out for our inconvenience was to offer 20% off for another nights stay in the future. NEVER AGAIN KNIGHTS INN!!

This hotel was great. Plain, simple, no odd aromas, plenty of hot water! And the bed was great.

Accessible from highway. TV did not work, strange odor in room, no radio or clock. Unfriendly (overworked) staff. Our experience was unpleasant. It was a Holiday weekend; however, basic amenities, like shampoo in the room and a TV that works should be expected.

The hotel in general was old and looked old and in need of some remodeling and upkeep. The walls were pretty thin as I could hear my neighbors talking loudly at 12:30 AM.I did not feel safe with my family there as a group of loud bikers came in at midnight and proceeded to use their motorcycles right outside my room to raise hell. The front desk did little to help as the noise continued.

The recliner chair in my room looked like the dog had slept in it with black stains and thread bear arm supports. It automatically sends the signal that this hotel is very cheap on everything. The frig I received in my room had one setting; freezing. The TV had very poor picture quality. I had to ask for replacements on all items mentioned. This should have been standard option to have best equipment in the rooms. The air conditioning didn't work either. That is when I decided enough was enough.

Great shower head in the tub. Older worn carpet. I was charged twice for the stay! I paid too much money for this motel. It has a good location. It is an older facility and needs some updating. New staff on duty and a drunk in the lobby.

Disgusting, depressing room with bad lighting and a supposedly non-smoking room was choking with smoke smell. Could not believe how bad it was.
Date of Stay:

Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Inexpensive. No shampoo, no pen, no alarm clock, found cockroach, someone somehow opened the door when I was in room, asleep, I don't know how they had a key. I didn't feel safe. Somehow, a stranger opened the door to my room when I was in there and asleep. The door was locked and somehow they opened it. They must have had a key because there was no force. It was not a hotel employee. The person said, "oops, wrong room". It was the only hotel I've been in that didn't have shampoo, a pen, or an alarm clock. I found a cockroach in the toilet. The room was clean and it was serviced. I liked that they had late night check in and the employee at the front desk was nice.

The room was moderate. There were too many drunks living in the rooms. I believe people were using the rooms more than just to sleep over. There was too much drinking and people going in and out of some of the rooms. We were not comfortable and left after one night

Staff was friendly. Older not dirty but aged a few stains. It was ok, probably wouldn't stay there again.

Price is ok. Did not like the after hour check in. Christmas was over but lights still up and when we arrived the front door locked had to use side door not bad but it looked like a 1:00am gas station in a bad aera. Checkout was quick. Experience: not that good.

Location and convince in proxemenity to the interstate. I was really shocked about the room. I also thought we were to have micro refrigerator. Though I was shocked with the look of the motel. I had a more modern motel in mind. I thought there was to be a micro refrigerator and coffee pot in the room. It did have a hair dryer. It did meet out basic needs and was fairly comfortable. Although we didn't have enough towels and wash cloths for the four of us. It was snowing really badly and we did not feel like going outside to the office to get another towel and wash cloth. Then we had to wade the snow in the morning to get to our vehicle. It would have been nice if the sidewalk had been shoveled. I thought we might have to cancel because of the snow but we went ahead partially because it would have cost me the full amount of the room to cancel. And if I had cancelled 48 hrs in advance it would have cost me $25. I will go on line and find a motel on my own. I guess this was a learning experience. Though we did have a wonderful time at our church meeting and I am glad we did go. The Lord was with us on our trip and kept us safe when a situation arose and we could have been seriously injured. People were sliding off in the ditch all along the road. At one point we also were forced into the ditch by a vehicle that was sliding towards us. We took the ditch to keep from getting hit and the Lord guided our van right out of the ditch and we were able to continue on our way. I guess you got more than a short review of the motel. But any way that is the way it was.

Front desk people very nice. Room itself was in very poor condition. Broken latch hook on door, hanging by one screw. Refrigerator leg broken and tipped over. Rust in the sink. Moths in the room. Dusty. Police patrolling and stopping people in the parking lot all night. Front office staff were very polite.

I liked absolutely nothing about this hotel. The spiders in my bed, the spiders in my shower, the spider webs under the table and chairs. I would never ever stay in this hotel again. It was literally the worst travel experience of my entire life. The room stunk, and there were spiders all over the room, including the bed. There was no iron or ironing board available. The front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate, and very unhelpful. There is no manager that can ever be spoken to. It was just awful.

The room was reasonably clean. The exterior and grounds were very unattractive. The swimming pool was covered with a tarp. The staff was friendly and the room was reasonably clean. The exterior and grounds were probably the worst I have seen. Maintenance was marginal. There wasn't anywhere outdoors to sit and relax since the swimming pool was out of order and covered with a tarp.

Nothing, amenities advertised, i.e. Pool, non existent. It was dirty and sleazy and did not have a pool. Advertised a pool on your website. There was none. This hotel was awful. We picked it and reserved the room for the price and the fact that a pool was advertised. When we got there, there was no pool available. We didn't stay there because the reason why we reserved, access to a pool, was not existent. Hotel refused to refund our money so if my credit card reflects a charge for that room; I will be in contact with customer service for a refund. The hotel was so deficient in all categories, we couldn't even stay there.
Date of Stay:

The location was perfect. Nothing. The location of the hotel was perfect it had plenty of food places and a Wal-Mart all nearby. The hotel personal was friendly and respectful of my privacy. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am in Indiana.
