It's funny to read the reviews of this place and what you're missing is that if EVERY other hotel in the same city is going for $120+ a night and you're staying here in a room that's half or less price, do you really expect the Ritz??? Well ya' shouldn't. Ya' get what you pay for, and this place is perfect for the price! Sure the sheets were stiff and the toilet leaked, but it was quiet, and the staff was very friendly with me. If you want to escape for the weekend this is it, ha.

Nothing no. Never stay at this hotel, the room was dirty the TV didn't work, and the toilet tipped over every time you used it. Unacceptable not deserving of a one star rating.

Hotel was not what we expected AT ALL! Door wouldn't shut all the way and we were afraid of someone breaking in. The bed made us itchy and it felt like we were sleeping on the board that was being used as a bedframe. We never saw any of the staff after we checked in and had to track them down just to get clean towels. We came for Radford University graduation and we're glad we'll never have to come again. The only good thing was the beautiful Radford campus. This hotel should be torn down!!

The room was damp, plumbing was exposed, two of the three lights did not work, the refrigerator was filthy. When we entered the room, the toilet was running and the damp smell was overwhelming. I was afraid to take my shoes off, and was really grossed out by the shower. I would rather travel 30 minutes or more to visit my daughter at VT, then to EVER stay here again. BEWARE!!!!!

Quick access to I-81. Thin walls. You get what you pay for. One of the nicer cheap motels I've stayed in.

Front desk sataff is rude. For 6 adults in 2 rooms we had 4 towels combined! Shower fixtures came off in our hands, bathroom floor tile so cracked & broken we couldn't shut the door to use the toilet, toliet seat was broken, over 4" of scum in the bathtub and the rugs weren't vacumed! When I called the front desk to complain, all that the clerk said was he'd move us (at 11:00pm with my 88yr old mother in law) to another room, when I told him that wasn't satisfactory he really got rude!!!! I booked these rooms over 2 months in advance for Radford's graduation ceremony thru Travel online. When I informed Travel online of these problems, they began the procedures to take them off their list of partners!

Plumbing fixtures were not up to par. It met our needs for a quick overnight stop.

Was tempted to call the Health Department. Bugs flying around the room. Used wash clothesstill hanging in bathroom. Front desk would not answer phone for wake up call. Another couple said they had to go get Lysol wipes to wipe down there room because it was sodirty. We stayed the first night because we had to. Even though we paid for the next night,we went down the road to another Hotel and were lucky enough to find a room was available. We stayed there. We came for the Virginia Tech Football Game. I would have slept in the stands before I would have stayed in the place again. The most Disgusting and Dirty place I have ever stayed at. Slept on top of the covers. The sheets were brown.

Room. One of the lamps was broken and there is no closet, only a rack hanging on the wall very close to the sink. It is a good place if your trip requires you to only be in the hotel to sleep.

Nothing! It was filthy, it smelled of chlorine in non smoking room. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. It was dirty, the sheets were torn, there were no pillowcases. The tile in the bathroom was dirty, the place smelled of chlorine or cleaning fluid. Had I not arrived late in the evening I would have not stayed there.

Nothing at all. The rooms were filthy and they did not clean the rooms. Poor all around. This place should be shut down. It was unbelievable just how bad my stay here was. The rooms were awful with holes in the walls leaking commodes and no help from the hotel staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The man at the front desk the best thing about this hotel. Dirty, nasty. We stayed across the street at the Econolodge much better. Wasn't real sure about this place. Seemed run down and not very clean. I'm usually real happy with my rooms, but this one, I wouldn't recommend.
