Smelled like a lot of febreeze, tried hard, good enough breakdast, waht I expected for the price

Our Stay at the Knights Inn was just what I wanted while visiting the Football Hall of Fame,quite and no hassles.The room was perfect for the price.We could have paid twice the price at another hotel and slept just as good,but why?We have stayed at Knights Inn in Orlando and have had good visits there too.

Bathroom and floors were nasty; shower drain didn't work so water filled up to ankles; bed was lumpy and not enough pillows were available for comfort.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The hotel certainly met our needs. Although the room did not have extras, we just needed a clean place to sleep. My kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was very nice and clean. The breakfast was ok. I would stay here again if the need arose.

I think my experience was less than it could have been because i smoke. the smoking room that i was given looked as if the door had been kicked in at one time and moved somewhat in its housing. it appeared the room might have experienced water damage. there was plaster missing from the ceiling and the wall was buckled around ac unit. one of the drawers in the vanity could not be used as the bottom fell out when it was opened. the phone didnt work, i took it back to the desk and it was replaced however when i asked for a wake up call to get up for my flight, the phone never rang. i had to ask for a do not disturb sign and had to ask for a hairdryer. I walk with a cane so all the walking was not easy for me. a good thing for me was that the hotel was all on one level. The continental breakfast was the best thing I enjoyed, they had a lot of selections,although i wish it was extended to 11am since people like to sleep in while traveling when possible, I only made it there one day as it closed at 10am. The room was kept clean during my 5 day stay. The room needs an upgrade, i probably should have asked for another room but i had already unpacked as the problems appeared.

Knights Inn is situated strategically among a host of other chain hotels. Its makes no qualms or pretentious statements as to it's purpose. It's simply an inexpensive lodging for the imdividual that doesn't require frills or a host of amenities. After all. it's a place to retire to after an active day or merely a place to rest. It;s totally acessible(within minutes to major interstates and is bounded by stores, restaurants, shopping, theaters etc. There is something for everyone and all are easy to locate/ Parking is in front of your room and it is plentiful as is access to and from the property. The rooms are clean but nothing fancy. You wanted a room right? Not a ballroom. The staff was courteous and I had no problems during my stay.The location was superb and one could see from the property, sopme of the various stores and restauranes in the area. Overall. I was very happy

the motel was almost empty, but when i asked for an extra pillow they said they couldn't get me one. the television was in very poor condition and the fauset was so hard to turn on that i called and told them i didn't want to be responsible for breaking it. at that point the girl at the front desk said to me well i guess you want another room, and i told her i did want another room, i was not staying in that room. all the way around it was a bad experience and we will never stay there again.
