It was the most stressful experience, eventhough it wasn't I that rented this place to stay. My friend had booked a room with double queen size bed, but when we saw that the room, the bed was not queen size. My friend confronted the host and the host replied that all that double queens was booked up, so my friend decide that he would want reimbursement because that was not what he ordered. The host declined. All we wanted the host to do was to charge us the price of a double twin (which i feel is very reasonable) rather than the double queen that we didn't get. My friend came back to the room to consult with me and i looked under the bed and was flithy. Some of my other friends came by (who checked into another hotel) to see where we was staying. they send their condolences and decided to go to eat dinner and see the fireworks at niagara. while walking back to the room the host verbally harassed my other friend, accusing that we had more than two people required for the room and immediately charged for 4 people on my friends credit card without my friend's consent. we felt this is not suitable. so we packed up our things and decide to go to the Rainbow motel next door at which the host of the Knights Inn told them not to service us. i feel we was wrongfully accused and cheated. and i feel bad for my friend.

Sketchy staff @ the hotel! But, whatever! Pool and the Hot Tub were really nice; Pretty accessible & in a pretty good location. Parking was nice; Would surely stay again, if alone. Not the kind of place you want to bring someone you want to impress. Thanks Orbitz for getting me the best deal. You guys beat everyone on this place!

Very close to the bar we were going to. Over priced for what it was. Decent for getting it at last minute.

If you have teenagers the family suite with a queen and two double beds in two seperate rooms with seperate bathrooms joined by a hallway with kitchen (no utensils supplied) was great. After a day together kids could go unwind in their room and parents in their own room without the worry of totally seperate rooms. A nice place to stay, very quiet and close to the Falls.

We arrived fairly late and when we came into the office, no one was around. After saying "hello" a couple of times, someone finally appeared. We booked online so only had to get our key. The room smelled funny, like cleaning products, but excessively strong, but didn't really seem that clean. The towels for drying after the shower were very small. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; it was king size but no matter where lying on the bed, could not get comfortable. Waited an extremely long time to check out, so left the office and waited outside. When the previous people were done checking out, we went back in and no one was in the office again. Called out "hello" and a woman came out. We tried asking her a few questions, but she just looked at us, and apparently didn't understand what we were saying. We wanted to leave the car for a couple of hours while we walked down to the falls and ate breakfast and asked if we could leave it, and she wanted to charge us an extra $5. Check-out is at 11 am and this was even before that that we were going for breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel and recommend any other one in the area.

Staff. Bugs. The hotel room was bigger than we expected. I thought it would be closer than it was to everything.

The Knights Inn was a great hotel, the staff were all very pleasant to work with, and the location could not be beat! The walk to the falls was only around 5 minutes long, and not to mention you have to pass by all the major casinos and dining facilities.

The front desk service was slow, not very friendly and unprofessional. The guy who checked me in was in his pjs and was talking to someone else through half of the process. The room we had was disgusting, it looked clean enough on the surface but we weren't even there for half an hour before we saw an earwig run under the mini fridge and later she saw more... we had a horrible sleep fearing they were crawling all over us as well as the beds were just down right uncomfortable. We were going to make this our hotel as our first stay wasn't so bad (due the location of extremely close to DragonFly) but I will never stay there again.

Shower did not function well. In general walking distance of Niagara Falls. Restaurants and all are near by. Bathroom had something to desire, the shower was downright horrible. Floor of the bathroom felt I was going to gave in.

we chose this hotel because of the reasonable price but the place was dingy--we found old popcans under the beds, my kids socks were BLACK from the carpet, aren't hotel beds &pillows supposed to lined with something plastic??? if not, they should be!!! do they wash comforters after each stay? this place definately needed cleaned.

The bathtub was nasty and the tiles were cracked a huge bug fell out of the radiatior. the room smelt horrible the cold air camed right through the door. when we arrived it was about 30 degrees outside and it was the same inside the room it took about 6hrs for it to get comfortable in there and there was no shampoo and no cleaning service.

Close to the Niagara attractions, which was nice. The pool looked clean, but we weren't there long enough to enjoy it. The rooms were spacious but worn.

Not far from the Falls. Uncomfortable bed, bad smell and AC did not work. For the money the air conditioning should do more than make hideous sounds, the windows should open (they were painted shut) and the air should at the very least not have a musty smell.

"My family and I stayed at this motel for one whole week. This motel had everything to make my kids happy including us adults. It included an outdoor heated pool, and hottub."

An older motel but clean. A quiet area but very close to all the attractions. Would visit again.

It was clean and quiet, close to restaurants. Limited parking.
