We were so appalled by the condition of the outside of the building, and the fact that there were no cars at all in the parking lot, even for the manager, that we were afraid to stay at the hotel. The roof was being worked on by one person, the outside of the hotel had not been painted in years and the paint was completely worn off in places. All the windows in the rooms were completely fogged up, and the place reeked.

Nothing. Everything. First of all hard to find because the directions were not correct and the whole outlook of the facility not appearance not good at all. Had to deal with hard to use cards for the rooms and eventually the card reading lock for door broke. They afford another room that wasn't close to our other room plus had loud people close next room with barking dog which nothing was said to them for such when confronted. I will not recommend this hotel or this site to anyone I know.

There was no place to eat at the hotel and they didn't vaccuum or clean my room my 4 days there.

Old dirty dark and smelly. Not good.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was in a non-smoking room but it smelled pretty bad from smoke.

Dirty, not well kept, ice machine not working. The hotel had trash piled up all around the outside and the ice machine did not work. The rooms had lights in them that did not work and were very poorly lit and the floor appeared to be dirty. The room was veryhot when we arrived and its in the middle of the summer. They could have had the air on to cool the room off before we arrived. I am just not pleased at all with this hotel. I have stayed at Knights Inns before that were much nicer. Not a good place to stay if going through Bristol TN.
