BED BUGS STAY AWAY!!! Worst hotel ever and the staff was rude also. The hotel had bed bugs and when we approached the staff they stated " we thought we fixed that problem". Obviously not!! It's not worth the risk staying at this hotel.

Room was OK, sheets weren't changed in the one week stay. Towels were rather worn out. Bedding OK though. Had been changed since our last stay a couple of years ago. We chose the hotel for the location.

Cheap room. There was no pool even though it was advertised.

We thank Mr. Peter F and Mr. Edward H for their positive reviews.Improvement is an ongoing effort at Kings Inn. Our records do not indicate that Ms. Lori F. OR Trudy S. stayed with us in May and January respectively. If they prove they stayed here we might consider a partial refund.

The location was excellent. It was dirty; the bathtub had lime scale all over it. Spend the extra twenty bucks and get a better sleep somewhere else. Smells like smoke. Dirty. Run down. Indians at desk couldn't care less.

This isn't a five star hotel, but you truly get your money's worth. Clean rooms, friendly staff, free breakfast, pool, and best of all, FREE WIRELESS INTERNET!

Totally unsatisfactory. Room maintenance was lacking to the point of being hazardous and the room was not clean. Recommend you remove this particular site from your listings to limit your potential liability and report to local health authorities.

Friendly staff. Pool looked overly medicated. Great place for a quick stay for not to much money.

the hotel is comfortable and clean. The place is a little far. Staff is neither good or bad. Overall, it is worth to stay at this hotel for it's price.

Good Location. Not updated. OK nothing to write home about. Stayed in worse!

i wasn't expecting much for what i originally paid but recieved a whole lot more. The rooms are fantastic. The hotel needs slight work on the parking lot but i will most likely be spending another night a the Kings inn next time im around the area.

Horrible experience, filthy room, ooooold furniture with plenty of bed bugs. I would rather pay few bucks more and stay at a decent and clean place. Though the room where I stayed had microwave and a fridge but both were so filthy, I could not use them. At (continental) breakfast, there were NO tea bags. When asked, I was told that since people drink coffee more than tea, we have run out of tea bags.

The Room was nice. The room was also good for handicap people! The pool would be good for children, 3 1/2 feet deep. I was happy with it. (I didn't like the reviews I read! It wasn't nothing like what they described!). The hotel stay was very nice! Close to many stores. The price was very nice. I would stay there again! The room was for handy caped people. They even had a chair that can be used in the tub, if needed! Room was big enough to fit a wheel chair.

In the first room, you could see daylight around the door and it was suggested that I stuff towels. I asked for a new room. The second room was sealed and clean enough. The promised continental breakfast was not available at 8:00 AM and the office was locked up. It doesn't appear that the indoor pool has been in service in a long time. Didn't even bother trying to find the fitness room. Check-out time was listed as noon -- they called at 11 to find out if I was checking out. Spent two nights -- will never make that mistake again.

Inexpensive price. Deceitful pricing. Upon arrival at the motel I was informed the price I had was only for single occupancy and I had to pay extra for additional occupancy. Then I did not even have enough towels. Less than one per person. Difficult to get additional towels, had to wait for them to do laundry.

Quiet, roomy, met basic needs. Chair padding very poor; desk chair wobbly. Generally meets the basic sleeping needs of a traveler who wants good road access, but off the main arteries. Rooms in rear bldg. much quieter. Restaurants nearby.
