Well they gave us a room with someone already in it,we had to go to the front desk and get another room, then they gave our room to someone else and they had to go back to the front desk and get another room, we did not get a queen size bed, the paint was peeling off the shower walls. Don't think I would suggest this place to anyone else, we have stayed at several in Beaumont and they were really great compared to this place. Where it was located was great only 10 miles from where we were visiting, I think that was the only good part about the whole event

Close to I-10. Nothing, it was dirty and parked next door to a loud Truck Stop. It is great for truckers or if you are hiding from someone, not family friendly at all.

I am so disappointed with not only online travel website but also Knights Inn. In my 16 years of travel on the road with my husband, we have never stayed in a worse hotel. Do NOT stay at this motel. Floors not vacuumed, no toilet tiisue or soap. Soap scum in and on tub. Toilet not cleaned. Dead bolt lock broken, secured chair in front of door. Snot buggers flicked on walls and ceiling. TV remote not working, even though this was minor, it just added to long list. Went to the front desk and we were told they were short handed. No other rooms. Because of storm there were no other rooms available in town. Manager never came in and never contacted me even though I left the towel I used to clean foor for her. Towel was full of dirt, black trash and hairs. I had gotten down on hand and knees and cleaned bathroom floor, tub and toilet. Never again...I will sleep in car before going there again. Shame on you online travel website for even recommending or having this trash on your list. I trusted you and was very disappointed. I used your site as I was led to believe from your commercials these motels/hotels were inspected and approved. Shame, shame, shame... And shame on Knights Inn for not having any more pride in their establishment and service for customers.

The room had a stale and moldy smell. The bathroom was full of mold and the shower was dirty. Lighting was ok but there were many dark areas outside. Morning staff was kind and friendly.

The staff was friendly, however, the first room they sent us to was not available, consequently I had to walk back to front desk and request another room, which was found. This was a job for me, because I am on crutches. The entire motel was in very poor condition and felt dirty.

Nothing. I did not like I had to request the housekeeper to vacum my room again after being cleaned. It was not a good plase to stay. It was next to a truck stopand I smelled truck fuses and I could not sleep because of the noise. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Hotel was ok for the money. Room was relatively comfortable, but not very updated. Older hotel that could stand some renovation. Adjacent to a truck stop, so a little noisy.

Room assigned was 20 yards away from over-night truck parking lot, motors going all night long and was unable to sleep because of noise.

the second night when we arrived our room was lock. Our three night stay we only had room service refresh the towels one and that was when we asked. When I talked to the night shift supervisor he told me he understands that I was not having a good time but he could do nothing else so go wait at the room for the maintence man to come unlock the room. This was my worst visit at a hotel

It was right off the freeway and easy to access. The room was not very clean or comfortable, the amenities were not nice. Minus the easy access, overall I did not feel comfortable or safe at this hotel. The room smelled of stale smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The bathroom was small and the construction was poor. The hotel was located adjacent to a truck stop and the trucks were in our lot as well.

There were dirty sheets outside the room, the toilet had a steady drip, and paint was pealing in different areas in the bathroom.

tHE SIZE OF THE ROOM WAS NOT BAD, EXCEPT FOR THE CARPET ( WAS DISCUSTING). For expent a night is OK.

Nothing. You rated it a 2 star and it was not even a 1 star. Roaches everywhere. No showerhead. Dirty. This particular hotel was a disaster and I ended up eating the cost and finding a different place to stay. That makes for an unhappy customer.

The location was good and the front desk staff was friendly. Didn't feel really clean and I killed a cockroach in the morning. Probably for its age, location, and the kind of year they have had the Ramada Inn was adequate. I felt safe.
