I felt unsafe (especially after clerk told me there was a murderer the police were looking for a few months ago). The room needed updating. The bedspread was disgustingly dirty and the bathtub was also. The mattress bowed from wear as well.

Very disappointed with service upon checking in. Employee handed me his business card and stated next time to call the hotel directly and the room rate would definitely be cheaper. I had indeed called the hotel directly and had spoke with this employee before booking room with Orbitz. This employee just gave me a smug laugh. I reserved a total of 3 rooms for this stay and the employee that checked me told me that one couple for had already checked in - when indeed they had not. He was not friendly when more towels were requested to have 1 towel per guest - told me to come to front desk and pick them up myself. The rooms served the purpose of a place that was convenient stay after an all day family event in hocking hills area.
