This hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but you aren't paying for a 5 star hotel either. Satisfactory for the price.

It was cheap. It seemed run-down and unkept. The woman working the desk tried to get us to pay again for our room upon check-in and had no idea what Priceline is or how it works. The continental breakfast was a joke- all they had was 3 types of cereal, milk, orange juice, and instant coffee. The room looked old and unkept. We won't be staying there again.

We were traveling thru that area and we stopped in and saw that there was a knights inn. We went there they were friendly and the hetel was good for the amount we paid

Absolutely nothing. Dirt and filth. This motel was so filthy that you yourself would not eat breakfast there. Rooms were dirty and we had to change rooms for the filth.

Front desk staff. I will never again put my staff at the Knights Inn, anywhere in the country. This was our first experience with that company. The property was not properly maintained. The guest slept in layers of clothing for fear of disease and bugs.

Close to People we were visiting. Breakfast area was dirty; jelly was so hard it wouldn't spread. Room was comfortable, TV was clear and had many channels, it was quiet, rugs needed to be cleaned of the soiled spots, bathroom was clean, and breakfast needs more selection.

Convenient. Stained carpets, stained ceiling, burn holes in sheets, burned out light bulb, leaking roof in front hallway. The Carriage Inn/Knights Inn in Altamont, IL is in need of repairs, refurbishing and TLC.

It was right off the highway. Sheets and towels were old and had holes in them. When we arrived and turned down the bed, there were holes in the sheets and they looked as though they had already been slept in - were wrinkled and not very inviting. We called the desk to ask for a new set of sheets and instead of them bringing them to us, we had to go to the office to pick them up. They were folded and looked as though they had been washed, but were still a little questionable. The towels were also very worn and several had holes in them. There were ants in the bathroom sink. The beds and pillows were not comfortable and neither of us had a good night's sleep. The continental breakfast was stale donuts. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it either.
