I wish the pool was bigger

Size of room, and it had a little kitchen. Staff wasn't freindly, some people actually lived there. Ifyou arejust staying for a night or two then it's okay; any longer you'll for sure want a nicer more upscale place.

It was affordable and in a convinient location. The maids didn't come by everyday to clean. The room was big, but not fancy by any means. It had a weird smell when you first walked in, but once you sprayed it with your own scent it was fine. It had a nice pool, but the water was extremely cold and therefore I didn't go in. My boyfriend got in and he was freezing on a 90 degree weather. He got out of the pool immediately. I was surprised to see a pool. I would definitely stay there again because it is affordable and I rather waste my money on activities around the area, then on a hotel. This hotel is good for those people who are using it for sleep only. We like adventure and to be out and about. Therefore, the only time we went to the hotel was to sleep and shower.

There was nothing Deluxe about the room they gave me. There was painted over water damage. They didn't have any fitted sheets for the bed. The blankets had giant cigarette burns in them. The carpet and the chair had stains all over them. Two of my four days at this hotel they were completely out of wash clothes. The door looked like it had been kicked in a couple of times. You couldn't open the windows. Most of the cabinets and kitchen drawers were nailed shut. The toilet leaked. Everytime time we left the room we had to go back to the front desk so they could re-activate our room keys.

Nothing at all. Everything. This hotel is a dump. It smelled. The bathtub could barely support our weight. Lacked basic toiletries (soap, bath mat, wash cloths). I brought a dish towel to dry my twins bottles and they took it (even though it was a different color) and then couldn't find it in their laundry. A stray cat meowed outside our door all night long. The street traffic noise is extremely loud inside the room. But the transients walking around the hotel made me feel completely unsafe.

It has proven next to impoosible to get a manager there at the hotel during normal business hours. I have been told the manager is only on site for a couple of hours per day if that. I did not stay at the hotel but felt it was bad enough to make other arangements. I am still trying to get my money back.

Rooms look nices. No much of a breakfast, bad location andno hot water! The hotel has nice looking rooms but it's located in a run down part of town. Also there was no hot water for the shower. Breakfast is just donuts and ends at 8:30am.

Our experience was awful, our 1st room was dirty and gross, our second room was worse, broken window, dirty furniture, broken dresser, MOLD in the shower... We finally received a free upgrade to a one br suite, but that room was no better. We called a taxi to take us around and he thought he was picking up prostitutes. He stated that thats what he uasually picks up there. When we actually had the balls to go to the breakfast.... it was a container of day old dognuts and cold burnt coffee. The fighting at night in the court yard, all of the police, and the blood on the sidwalk would be great if you were studding to be a CSI agent.

did not get any sleep, underage drinking loud music, kids really had a good time. But for the ones that had to work in the early am was really sad, after calling the front desk really did nothing to resolve the problem. We will never stay there ever againg.

Absolutely hated this place! Everything about this hotel was horrible, dirty, unsafe neighborhood, staff hardly spoke English. This is by far the worst place I have stayed at in my life. Was very dirty, the door and windows did not shut or lock fully, and was in a very unsafe neighborhood. When we complained to the staff about how dirty the room was, they seemed to think it was fine and didn't care at all.

I completely realize the old addage "you get what you pay for"...However, I do expect to have a phone in my room...so that when I asked the front desk upon check in for an 8:30am wake up call...it might have been possible to have received. I do expect not to have wet and dirty wash cloths on my bathroom floor upon entering my room for the first time. The air conditioning vents were falling down, but that was not such a huge deal. The hotel was not in a great neighbotrhood, as there were many teenagers wandering about when we checked in at 1am.

Friendly courteous staff, regardless of the hot attitudes. Roaches This hotel could have been a place to lay your head and get up and go.

The place is called "Knights Inn," but really should be changed to "Peasants Inn." Place was so run down, the original A/C unit was broken, a window unit was put through the kitchenette window, the tub and sink had rusted through and they had made some lousy repairs, mold on the walls and floor, carpet missing, etc. The outside stunk of cigarettes and cigarette butts were everywhere. The outside maintenance was shoddy, could really use a total makeover. I would rate this place a -3 and definitely not a 2 star.

Absolutely nothing! Dirty, hard to get clean towels, maids spoke no English. This was by far one of the worst motels we've ever stayed in. It looked like the bedding was not clean when we arrived but it was almost midnight so housekeeping was not available. I felt like I was getting stung/bitten by something as I tried to go to sleep (bedbugs?). I asked the maid to make our bed the next day. She tried to put the same dirty blanket and comforter back on. I asked for clean ones. She said she didn't have any. I asked if she could wash the ones we had for us. She grudgingly agreed. She brought them back about 30 minutes later, warm. I think she had just thrown them in the dryer because they certainly didn't smell clean. I don't think you can wash and dry items in 30 minutes either. One day I asked for clean towels and they said they were washing them and would bring some by in an hour. They arrived a few minutes later with towels they have obviously just yanked out of a smoking room. They smelled so bad. I again asked for clean towels! Three days later (at 9:00 am) as we were leaving for the day I asked the housekeeper (who spoke and understood no English) for clean towels again. She tried saying something in Spanish.

Had a refrigerator & microwave. Needed renovations and better pillows. The room was very much in need of updating, new carpet, bathroom re-model, new cabinets in the kitchen area. Some of the wallpaper boarder was falling off, and the tile in the shower needed a good bleaching. It was quiet. The free continental breakfast consisted of glazed doughnuts & coffee/juice.

There was absolutely nothing about this hotel I can say that would be good. This hotel didn't even have sheets, or pillows for my bed. This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They didn't have sheets or pillows for the sofa bed and could not find any.

Odor of cleaning agents was extremely strong. We could not stay. Exterior in need of painting. Several rooms were open apparently drying out due to flooding.
