I stayed at the motel for two nights with my father, and it provided us with what we needed: A peaceful place to rest after spending the days in Downtown Memphis. It was an ordinary, very reasonably priced motel with nothing special to it, as it is the case with the far majority of the chain motels. They are cheap and ordinary, and when you just need a place to sleep and nothing more, that is just perfectly fine! Breakfast was included, it wasn't too interesting, but again just fine compared to the price.

No coffee pot or hair dryer located in room. Rooms are too small.

I stayed one night. It was not clean. There was a leak in the bathroom right on top of the bathtub. So, I didn't take a shower in the morning. The breakfast was cereal, Milk, coffee. and some orange drink (not real juice). If money is an issue for you and you have to stay for a short while, this might be OK.

Hotel was in a really bad neighborhood! As long as you did not have to walk to get around and kept your doors locked, you could feel somewhat safe. Lots of Gangs in the area.

Hot water when it finally came on! Location was safe, floors were dirty and ceilings were cobwebs.

Noisy neighbors ruined Friday and Saturday nights sleep. A lot of noise from parking lot area also. Shower worked great. Housekeeping cleaned well. Microwave and small fridge was included. Next time I will chose another to be with a better croud.

The pool area was fairly decent. Night club attached to hotel and the people were drinking and hanging out in the hotel parking area. Management needs to put some time and energy into cleaning the hotel. Windows were filthy as well as the carpet in the hotel. All fabric products needed to be cleaned. There was a fee for acquiring and outside line as well as using the iron. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Knights Inn in Memphis, The staff were friendly. Rooms were not real clean. I put 2 new light bulbs in but needed 5! Really need to use a crevice tool on carpet edges, they looked like they had not been vacuumed for months, need to vacuum under beds. Light fixtures were discustingly dirty. Cobwebs hanging from ceilings and walls. The good thing about it was that the bedding seemed to be clean. I liked that the vanity was seperate from shower/toilet area. The location was close to graceland. Neighbors said their room was full of ants. Iwould not return for the price we paid the room was not worth it.

Price; room didn't smell; bed comfortable. Room's carpet stained clothing; rickety toilet; tiny bathroom; terrible breakfast. Pros: price; room didn't smell; bed comfortable cons: rooms carpet stained clothing; rickety toilet; tiny bathroom; terrible breakfast.

"Lots of bedbugs, broken shower/tub, gross gross gross. Don't stay here, it's dirty and the service is exceptionally bad. I'm in the middle of a complaint with the BBB trying to get a refund. SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!"

i had no problem with the hotel

The hotel was closed to the airport. The price of the hotel changed when displaying another. I liked the hotel because of the short distance from the airport; however I didn't like how they changed the advertised price. If they display Sunday-Thursday a particular rate then they need to honor it and not change it.

"This hotel is in the middle of the worst crime-ridden neighborhood in Memphis. The bed was as old as my grandmother and the mattress wobbled like a trampoline. I honestly felt afraid for my safety here, especially after dark. We booked for three nights but only stayed one. Do NOT stay here unless it's a last resort."

If I had the chance to inspect the room before renting it there is no way I would have stayed. I already expected noise with it being so close to the airport, but what I didn't expect was the dirty condition of the room itself. There was dirt, food and dust piled into each corner of the room and along the baseboards. After seeing that I decided to look under the beds and wish I hadn't! Besides the filthy floor the walls had dirty hand prints along with what appeared to be food around all doorways. My stay was for 2 nights, I stayed only one night and found another hotel for the second where my feet wouldn't get filthy going to the bathroom. I'll NOT pay for a room again untill I have a chance to inspect it first.

Helpful staff. Scary, scary area of Memphis! This hotel neighborhood is a dangerous place. Thugs up all night with thumping bass. I could not sleep, fearing all the while for the safety of my family.

"A classic case of deferred maintenence gone amok. Bed poor, inconvenient for airport travel, no food or stores close. Stay home befor you stay here"

Nothing cannot believe you sponsored hotel on your site. Nasty, cold, dirty, desk barley spoke English would not call a cab for us. Please make sure to remove them from traveler's options as a place to stay. Dangerous activities in parking lot and suspected drug dealing.
