Location was convenient and by a lot of restaurants. There was no iron in the hotel room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the room was comfortable and had no problems.

roomand bath nasty , hair under sheets , free breakfast a joke ??!!! jelly hard and old , OJ with funny taste coffee old no milk , front desk very rude . after i went back home found double charge on my credit card *** never again knights inn***travellors be aware

Clean and comfortable. Front desk help. The location was further than wanted from tennis site. Took 25 min to reach all sites. The front desk wasn't friendly but we liked the hotel overall.

Location. Had a smell of old socks. This hotel had none of the things, no coffee pot, no hair dryer, no HBO. When I asked for these items I was told they were not included at this price. If you are going to Chattanooga, there are a lot of better places for the price instead of Knight's Inn. Look around.

The quietness best of all; feeling safe because of the card key for side doors. I was pleased and have no negative statement. For a basic room while traveling, Knights Inn is a superb choice. The room was nice and clean with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and TV. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was varied and nutritious each day. The hotel employees were gracious; check-in and check-out was easy and quick. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable.

Very rude and unprofessional. The Arab that was rude to me. I left right after check in when the clerk walked into my room without knocking. They need to educate their employees on how to treat guests.

The rooms were inside. Staff was not friendly and never greeted us. This hotel was not located at Hamilton mall but off shadow something. Can't remember the exact location.

Great location. Cleanliness, friendliness, service. I would recommend this hotel for those who don't care about a clean carpet, unfriendly staff and are prepared to request items, towels that should have been provided at the time of check in. It was quiet and convenient.

That I could upgrade my room with no hassle - just lots of quick, competent, courteous service. I have nothing to say on this subject. I found it conveniently located, clean and served my purpose as a woman who travels for business.

Wireless internet, good location, quiet hotel The lady at the front desk was rude at check-in I was overall impressed with the quality of this hotel as it was a lower star quality. The staff were unfriendly but the room felt clean, included a microwave and fridgerator, and wireless internet. I wasn't expecting all that for such a low price.
